My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new. They cleaned areas I forgot needed cleaning and did a wonderful job on the details. They worked hard and it showed. Laura came out to my home to give an estimate and explain their services. Now I am scrambling to hire another company but the big companies are booked out 2 months in advance. I found a painter through a friend of a friend and she was going to come in and do the work, but she called off 3 days before due to a death in the family. Hired yet another painter through NextDoor and she came out, gave me a bid, and started on Wednesday. Thursday came, no painter. No calls, no messages, nothing. Found Rachael on NextDoor and she came out to my house Thursday, quoted the work and started on Friday morning. I'm sure Rachael will tell you that I was a freaking hot mess!! My kitchen was a mess, my living room was a mess, everything was pulled down, and I knew that I wasn't going to get the work done on my own in time and I didn't want my wife to walk in to what I knew was a disaster.
