Bamboo, acrylic and cotton rugs; just to name a few. We already have one picked for our new home, should we ever buy one. I can't believe we spent an hour browsing through all the different patterns, textures and colours. I caught myself several times imagining myself on a magic flying carpet, just like in the movies. My wife was totally taken in by the furs. So soft and luxurious and out of our budget, for now! The store also boasts lamps and other Turkish gifts that are gorgeous beyond description. We have friends coming to visit that will actually eat this place up. So I know we'll be back very soon. 07/22

Our purchase was time sensitive because we were selling property. The plans changed when I arrived twenty minutes before Big Bobs was closing to look at materials a salesperson had listed in a quote. The young brunette kid across the counter was flanked by two or three others at another counter. He responded like a teenager who was really put out by a customer. He didn't want to offer any information or help us look for other options Or choices and expected we would navigate the store which by the way is not customer friendly since most items are sold out or longtime orders out. The other people at the counter acted as if we were his problem alone. As we left the young boy followed us out. Long story short the big box store was open. We upgraded and yes bought the padding and were treated like a paying customer. A customer Big Bobs lost who happily learned our three floors were cheaper and the installation was bid and installed faster with more selections to choose from. So I would skip Big Bobs again and have already steered a few people to the choices that I learned were better the Big Bobs.

We are now checking out all the options from big box stores to privately owned local shops. We were greeted politely when we walked in and mentioned what we were looking for. We went to get her when we found a couple of tiles that piqued our interest and she showed us additional options that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. The check samples out to you as well and we came home with three boards of tile to look at against our kitchen counters. As we were walking to the front, she mentioned the furniture and decor showroom downstairs and holy moly were we shocked by it!! Shocked and pleasantly surprised!!! Tons of excellent furniture and decor, Christmas decorations and more! We will definitely be back and spread the word about them!

We were spending $4,500 on a couch, chair, and ottoman and our only stipulation was free delivery ($140). Our sales lady came back and said the manager had said "no". We walked out the door seeing as they were willing to lose that much money over $140. She stopped us on the way out and was able to make the deal. When doing paperwork the sales manager did not even stand up to introduce himself OR shake our hands. And, once our credit card had been run did they tell us the chair would not be delivered until December. 2 MONTHS later. I wouldn't buy from them again. Unfortunately, they had the couch we loved and did not want to wait 4 months for another company to ship.

He immediately told me they did not sell chairs for short people and suggested I go to Ashley's or Sadlers. When I told him I had a store credit he looked it up and then told me I could use it at any Furniture Enterprise Store, including the Mattress Store next to them or Sadlers or Lazy Boy. He said the credit had not been closed out and he would call to straighten it out. He did...unless I returned the original product he could not honor the credit. As of May 28th, they have decided that they are not going to pay for the warranty that I was told 2 weeks ago that I had a credit for a complete refund because they had no service people to come and do anything about it. The only thing they told me was I had thirty days to come in and use it. Now they are telling me that they had to pick it up, but they never told me that I had to come into the store and pick out something, and then they would come and pick up the dead chair. Now that I'm in the store, and I drove in all the way from palmer, they are telling me that they cannot honor it, because, you know, the chair actually just went to the dump today. They did not give me any date on which they could pick it up, nor did they imply that they had to do it all. They told me when I asked what I needed to do was that I had thirty days to get the credit used. Their warranty department is telling me that they told me I needed to have the chair picked up. I had a Whole 36 second conversation when they called me to tell me the credit was given to me and that I had thirty days to use it . If I time a conversation that was supposed to provide all that information, it is a whole lot more than thirty six seconds! The salesman told me it was between me and their warranty department.

The furniture quality here is a step above Ashley furniture. And there's a range of pro points in the store. I came in looking for guest bedroom furniture like a hide a bed or Murphy bed. They had many options but the bulk of them were either bulky and sold out or very dated and on the very pricy side. It'd more cost and time effective to order something high quality online and pay the shipping to Alaska. There did seem to be more styles here with better materials so that's a big plus. But for me I didn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

We were told it might take up to 8 weeks for our order to arrive in Alaska because we ordered a color they did not have in stock. That's totally fine, things take time to get shipped up here. Well, 8 weeks came and went and we had zero contact from the store about when our order would be delivered. Finally after calling and emailing them several times I got a call back saying that they would be scheduling the delivery for 1 November 25. The night prior to our scheduled delivery, we got a call from Russell (the salesperson that placed our order for us) saying that Richard (another salesperson) forgot to order a piece of the bed so the bed would actually not be delivered on 1 November. He said that Richard no longer works for their company and so he'd fix Richard's mistake. Richard did not take our order, Russell did. Russell then said he'd talk to a store manager about getting our $150 delivery fee refunded and he'd call us back the next day to confirm how we'd like that refund sent to us. We did not receive a call the next day or for the next several days. I emailed Russell and asked for an update and then he called my husband to tell him he needed a manager's approval and that he'd call my husband back the next day when a manager was in the store to assist. Well guess what, no call then either. We have requested to talk to a manger several times and every single time the response is "one should be working tomorrow". At the end of November, after not receiving any word about a refund on our delivery fee, I emailed Russell AGAIN to ask for an update on the refund and once again requested to speak to a manager. He said that our check was already in the mail and that he forwarded my contact information to the manager to call me. When the check arrived it was dated one day after I sent that email so he either forgot to send it or hoped that we would forget about the $150. Our bed finally got delivered on 13 December 2025, almost four months later. I am 8 months pregnant and slept on a mattress on the floor while waiting for this bed. I feel like I straight up harassed these people to get this bed delivered which is outrageous. I understand that things take time to get delivered up here, but when we were quoted 8 weeks and that time doubled because of a mistake on the company's part, I would have (at the very least) expected to speak to a manager when I requested to speak to one. They have done absolutely nothing to try to rectify this situation except make empty promises and place blame on other salespeople that don't even work at the store anymore. I have called and emailed both the salesperson that helped order our items and their company's direct email and I get nowhere with either. The same happens when I call, if they answer the phone at all. To date I have still not received a call back from a manager. I don't believe that one actually works at this store, nor do they give a s*** about what goes on there. Mistakes happen, but for the price point of this furniture, I am really really disappointed by the lack of concern they have for trying to correct a problem that they caused. I do NOT recommend shopping here. Support a different business that will actually value your hard-earned money and not try to give you the run around.
