Picture This is not what it once was, many moons ago offering art and framing. Although a different store, I frequent Picture This when my husband is next door getting his hair cut at Hilda's. Great gift ideas and trinkets for the house. I love the different themes they set up around the shop, several of which work with the decor in our home. Although I don't care for it in the slightest, they do carry a large selection of Vera Bradley bags. They have lovely scarves and jewelry, candles, socks and trinkets along with a small area with children in mind. When it comes to artsy crafty gifty shops in Eagle River, this is the place. Because of its location next to coffee shop, I always shop with a big cup of life in my hand. Take your time. The space is packed with buying options, in fact, it is overpacked so that when holiday shopping, it's hard to move around because of too many people and too small lanes. read more

Been going to this place for years. I believe it's still owned by the folks twho own Jitters. A funky art gallery/gift store in down town Eagle River. A good mix of Alaskan artists, and local crafters as well as other stuff. For example, they carry a good assortment of Vera Bradley (the reason for my visit). Stuff kinda crowded together, but it makes the ambiance that much more pleasant. It's like your on a treasure hunt. Used to be a great place to find authentic items. Now it's all made-in-China junk. Management is quite rude. I prefer the art glass place just down the street. Lots off handmade items and a super nice staff. Why spend your money with people who treat you either indifferently or downright badly? Will never go back. read more

Great little shop in eagle river. Cute nick nacks. The place has vastly changed over the 17 years I've lived here but still enjoy it. They have a huge selection of vera Bradley and smart wool items. On the pricy side but cute stuff! read more
