I was in need of sod to be laid at my home. We were selling and I only had a few hours before the buyers came by for a final walk through. I quickly made a post on Next Door app asking for someone that can lay sod same day and I received multiple responses so I randomly chose one. It happened to be Patron Elite. From start to finish, professionalism at its finest. I called them, explained the situation. I reached out to them at nearly 3pm and by 4, they had the sod, and by 5:15, they were at my home delivering a pallet of freshly cut sod. They worked for hours until the job was complete. They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.
