Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon and there was a book club meeting and reading excerpts (which is awesome that they host such communal events), but the barista welcomed me in and showed me where one empty table was. She gladly told me all about the local beers on tap. There was also a fridge behind her full of bottled beers from all over Andalucia. I didn't feel that I was in the way at all by working on my laptop over a couple of hours and a few beers. There are also tons of books organized by topic that you can read while you drink, and after the book club I saw groups of friends coming in to enjoy beers like in any other bar. They also serve some simple tapas of cheese or salami with breadsticks. Very reasonable and cozy! This would be a favorite place to work in if I lived here!

As for me, I asked if they had cider / wine / cocktails / anything else than beer and got categoric "no"s; I ended up with a Coke Zero and an hour-long frown from the waitress (when she was in the bar - as she spent quite a lot of time outside smoking). Thanks but no thanks.

The interior is small with about 8 high tops for 2-4 people and a small bar. Loved the brick ceiling and the giant gator hanging down. The staff was very helpful and kept us laughing. Lots of taps and drink options for you here. We were just snacking so got some cheese, the spinach & chickpeas, and the Spanish omelet. All were great but the omelet was the bell of the ball. Well cooked & seasoned, creamy and thinly sliced potatoes. Prices were amazing and potions were generous but not so big you can't try multiple items. This is a great little place to catch up or relax with friends and just feel like you are part of the neighborhood.

You get a really large portion for the price and I only spent 13 euro for 2 people. The Pringa and Mantecaito used a similar bread on the outside that was baked to crispness heaven. It wasn't hard or tough to bite like the baguettes you usually get from the markets. There was also a good chunk of meat and salami for both. To top it off the Pringa was only 2.50 and the Mantecaito was only 3. The burger was very large and you could pick whether you wanted it rare or medium. Overall really enjoyed the food and server was extremely helpful!
