Extremely late opening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday is a new addition, which joins telephone orders for collection as a string to the bow. Yet it remains a traditional chip shop at heart, kebabs and chicken complementing rather than dwarfing the classics: cod, plaice, haddock and roe. The real change has come through offering 'all-day' breakfasts - a cheaper full English is available until 11.30am Monday to Saturday. But you can forget carrying home your fried egg in a tray. There are tables and a nice vibe inside. it's a big place, in fact. I may go back there in some point and try the experience of eat inside a Fish and Chip shop. Unusual, I guess. The service is quick and really nice. We spent less than 10 minutes waiting to be served and there were about 15 people in front of us. No joke. I love the cod. I have to say. But the chips itself were a bit dry. It's a good sign, if you think about your health. Not soggy but just dry. Not the best but yet a good Fish n' chips experience and I do recommend it in the area.
