They worked around my schedule on short notice to find what would work for me, which I was honestly amazed by. Both front desk people are awesome, Dr. Sokransky is very informative and exceptionally skilled - what I appreciate the most is that he doesnt try to sell you any procedure that you dont need. He actually cares, and practices with great integrity. Never had any uncomfortable or painful experience when VS Dental handled my teeth. He's the kindest, funniest, and most skillful dentist! And did I mention he is the most honest dentist! He will never try to sell you something that is not in your best interest. I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process. Ignore you to the point of dishonoring written/signed HIPPA requests for your own dental records, delivered in person the doctor herself. So that's where I'm at. I have email correspondence helping to prove this, but my actual dental records would clinch it. So naturally, they intimidate, delay and deny me my own data. While I wait for the required 30 days of non-compliance, before filing my complaint to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights (OCR) for a HIPPA violation, I thought I'd give you a big heads up. Alleging that Dr. Hayut has: 1. abandoned a patient and the treatment plan Dr. Hayut started and stated needed to be done ASAP, 2. Prescribed RX drug while stating, it wouldn't help & shouldn't be taken, with no further guidance given (despite multiple requests). The pharmacist who dispensed the drug did not agree. 3. Engaged in violations governed by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, The Texas department of State Health Services, American Dental Association and patient's rights, and 4. Overcharged for dental services. Let Dr. Hayut's own advert frig magnet that says, I quote, "Honesty and transparency are the foundation of everything I do. Your trust is my priority", be a reminder/warning, that what they say, what they write, is not what they do. Medical practitioners should be held to account not only in the public square but by the entities that govern their behavior. Please, let your voice be heard.

I normally dread getting fillings because of the needles, the numbness, and holding my mouth open forever. Recently I saw Dr. Rahman at Frisco Dental Studio for my fillings, and it was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Rahman is literally a wizard when it comes to administering numbing medication, and his assistant Imani was incredible too. I did not feel a thing. I was so comfortable, I actually fell asleep during my fillings. Yes, asleep. During fillings. That has never happened to me in my life. Their office is super clean, very professional, and they have some of the most advanced technology I have ever seen in a dental practice. My entire family are lifelong clients and we will continue to use Frisco Dental Studios for all of our dental needs. I highly recommend them. If you do not believe me, go try them for yourself.

I hope Dr. Kim reads this review so that he can retrain his staff on proper protocols and procedures. Based on my experience with the receptionist, it seems like the office is only focused on making money and not taking care of patients. Update: If there was an insurance issue, I should have been informed PRIOR to my appointment - not upon arrival. In addition, your office offered no other alternative than to pay for new X-rays. I was very reasonable and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled until after my X-rays were sent to your office. To be clear, your office did not reach out to my previous dentist until AFTER I arrived and AFTER I asked them to. There was no initiative on your part.
