While you are sitting in the dental chair, the Business Manager brings a estimated cost of dental procedures to choose from. When I asked about why some of the procedures were not covered, she was rude and said "because I met my cap for insurance." When I needed to cancel I called and the front desk staff explained that I was within my window to cancel and the Business Manager would refund my initial cost. She did not. After multiple calls, I was finally refunded. I would NOT recommend this Dental office.

I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process. Dr. Sokransky is the best- he really cares about you and puts the patient first over profits!
