The Renken Dentistry office is awesome! I first called on a Monday morning in hopes of getting a last-minute exam, cleaning, & a look at a couple possible cavities. They were extremely accommodating. They had an opening that very day, & I happily took the appointment. Upon arrival, the office staff was friendly & efficient. After filling out my paperwork, I was only waiting a minute or two before I was called back. Stacey, my hygienist, was super. She was so kind, warmhearted, & quite knowledgeable (I don't think I've ever had such a knowledgable hygienist before!). She conducted a very thorough exam with full x-rays & explained everything to the T. Their dental equipment was state-of-the-art, enabling the staff here to really shine at their jobs. After all of that was complete, Dr Renken came in for my exam. He introduced himself & made me feel welcomed & reassured. He confirmed that I had an old silver filling that needed redone, along with one other small cavity. Upon leaving, I made an appointment for the very next morning to have my cavities filled. I had just as terrific of an experience the second day. Lauren, my dental assistant, was great & continually checked on me to make sure I was ok throughout the filling procedure. Dr Renken was fantastic. He numbed my mouth perfectly, & I never experienced any pain.
