They checked me in and while there were some small technical issues, they did not let those issues disrupt the process I waited for very little time before I was taken back to the exam room, and a dental assistant (named Christina) took my x-rays and other required pictures. She made the process fun and easy and everything went smoothly. The Dentist was VERY nice, and very professional. She was honest, and straightforward, which I appreciate. Finally the hygenist who did my cleaning was skilled and efficient. She knew exactly what she was doing. Overall you can tell that the staff are well trained, knowledgeable, and very experienced, they also have a great attitude, and it's very clear that they truly care about their patients. Like I said, this is the BEST place to go for dental care in Springfield.

We got those replaced with new and even though I had other older fillings she wasn't concerned about them in their current state and therefore didn't try and convince me to get them replaced just because they were older. As a patient it feels good to know you won't be sold a bill of goods with unnecessary procedures. I've worked with two of her hygienists and they were both great. I go in every 3-6 months for cleanings. I see for 2015 she was voted most favorite dentist in Springfield. I'm not surprised. Well deserved.
