Yelp came through again!!!…read more Things don't always go as planned while in vacation. Last night while in Lexington, Kentucky at 11:30 pm my boyfriend's crown popped out. I yelped "emergency dental" and saw the post from a patient who had an emergency and was also on vacation. So, while on the road heading to Springfield, at 7:40 this morning we called Dr. Capati's after hours number and told him what happened. He said to call his staff at 8:00 and we did; they were able to squeeze in Stephen at 2:50 pm. The staff texted him a link for dental information (ie name, address, issues, etc) and by the time we arrived, everything was taken care of. He was done within 45 minutes and he said the tooth feels great. He's extremely happy and gives high praise to the staff and doctor.

Be careful if you are a new patient! They do not do annual cleaning for the patient, instead they…read moredo first time visit cleaning which your insurance usually will not cover it 100%. I have made the call to do annual cleaning but it ended up be another "advanced" cleaning, named as: first time visit cleaning. This cleaning might be needed if you have not do your dental appt for more than 5-10 years, but for most ppl with insurance covered, we do cleaning annually, this advanced check make no sense, especially the dental trying to play the game to not mentioning specifically that they are doing a cleaning that will not be covered by insurance completely. So remember to ask clearly before they give you anything to sign!

I had a terrible toothache and was impressed that this group could squeeze me in as a new patient…read moreand was willing to do a root canal on me that same visit. The staff was awesome and professional. Made me feel at ease. The Dentist was soothing and spoke to me with care and listened to my desires, goals and fears. I wasn't treated as a number. Very satisfied. I got here early and was taken back early. Every encounter I had with the staff and doctors were pleasant. My only worry is they don't have weekend or evening hours and I bet I can get the same services at a cheaper price but I like this place. I'm quite comfortable here. The place and decor is also pleasing to the eye. Very neat and clean. If I didn't know any better I would think they had housekeeping there every hour but not once did I see anyone cleaning and that says a lot about them as well as the clientele. One of the things I love about this place is that they are very organized. From what I can see, they offer a large range of services and you have the option of getting things financed. They also offer you a large tumbler stocked with dental goodies if you snap a photo of the tumbler and put it on your FB profile. Lol. Would I go back? Absolutely.

had a dental emergency, they told her it wouldn't be a couple weeks. What terrible service please…read moredo not use this dental service. The experience is terrible. The ladies upfront are rude and disrespectful. I had the same issue two years ago and I asked for and they wouldn't let me talk to him. Blanc would be of their performance

So Many reactions to this place! My initial visit was…read morepleasant and even tho it took a huge amount of time to get thru, it was relatively painless and the immediately got me approved for full dentures which sounded like a scary, painful but somehow simple process. The day before my appointment for the removal and dentures I got a message at approximately 2:00pm that the doctor who was to do my procedure would not be there and I needed to call them to reschedule. I called 15 times and left more than one rude message due to the fact that after the first few calls I expected that they would want to secure that $5000 by calling me back quickly. As I do service work and I was driving back past their office I stopped in, pissed! The office staff was pretty rude when I told them I needed the next available date and time or that they should have pushed other people back instead of cutting off a whole days worth of patients who probably arranged time off work to be there. We settled on a week later. I gave back my days off that week and requested a week later. I showed up for my appointment, got in and got numbed up, the dentist then went to see other patients for an hour and a half before returning and quickly removing my teeth and administering more anesthetic due to the initial dose wearing off. Gave me a couple stitches crammed the new teeth into my mouth and gave me a script for some pain meds, hindsight.. way too weak. By the time I got the prescription filled I was in mind numbing pain and tried to go home and go to bed. The way the teeth were in, I could not swallow or talk let alone even think of eating. I left the teeth in for 22 hours but took them out when I finally had to get up and take some more pain meds, removing the blood soaked towel and pillow from my bed. A few hours later I had my post op appointment which was really a sub doctor doing a few small adjustments on my dentures before telling me that I would have to wait a few weeks for the swelling to go down before I could even know whether they were going to fit at all. So it is a week now and I still cannot get the teeth in, and am still in an amazing amount of pain, no choice but to wait for possibly another couple of weeks to see if the swelling goes down and more importantly the pain subsides so I can get the immediate set of very expensive dentures into my mouth in hopes that they will actually fit and work properly. I can say the first set of dentures looks and feels like a cheap plastic set, if the permanent set looks the same that will be a very bad day for all involved especially given the cost, supposedly I paid for the top tier, best of the best dentures with a 7 year warranty. I'll repost another review as my experience broadens with this company
