I had that recently taken out prior to her doing it. I was in horrific pain for four months from a doctor in not know what he was doing. I couldn't swallow my tongue was so sore. It hurts so bad all I could was cry and it wasn't done right and has caused a lot of heart ache with my dentures from the other doctor.. he left a lot of extra skin also.. so I had to go and get it done again. This is how I met this beautiful oral surgeon that knew what she was doing. She fixed me right up plus had to trim and trim on that extra skin so it wasn't as bulky.. I highly recommend her...

I have had only a few very bad dental experiences in my life, but those few experiences can still instill fear into me, even now as an adult! It's a breath of fresh air to be able to come into the office, and actually feel relaxed and comfortable here at Ruggless Dental, despite my past "scares". The staff, literally all of them, are so sweet and amazing- and extremely quick to comfort if you feel uneasy! Not once are you ever confused about finances or billing here, either. The staff are great at expressing those throughout the care options given, which takes away about 50% of the stress, I would say! LONG REVIEW SHORT: I would, and do, 100% recommend Ruggless Dental! The entire atmosphere, alone, is welcoming and comforting- it really is the best dental experience of my life- and I am *terrified* of the dentist

Dr. Jacobs is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I had an issue that needed to have attention and I needed to see an oral surgeon. At the time I had recently relocated to the Springfield area and the insurance I had previously did not cover me here. Dr. Jacobs was concerned for my health and felt that I should not wait a long time to see an oral surgeon. She took it upon herself to call a local oral surgeon that she knew and spoke to him on my behalf. As a result of that, the oral surgeon agreed to see me for an evaluation at no charge. Very few doctors in any field would take it upon themselves and invest their personal time out of concern for a patients health. Dr. Jacobs did just that. I can not say enough good things about Dr Jacobs and her staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a dentist initially or who is looking for a new dentist. I yelped "emergency dental" and saw the post from a patient who had an emergency and was also on vacation. So, while on the road heading to Springfield, at 7:40 this morning we called Dr. Capati's after hours number and told him what happened. He said to call his staff at 8:00 and we did; they were able to squeeze in Stephen at 2:50 pm. The staff texted him a link for dental information (ie name, address, issues, etc) and by the time we arrived, everything was taken care of. He was done within 45 minutes and he said the tooth feels great. He's extremely happy and gives high praise to the staff and doctor.

I have made the call to do annual cleaning but it ended up be another "advanced" cleaning, named as: first time visit cleaning. This cleaning might be needed if you have not do your dental appt for more than 5-10 years, but for most ppl with insurance covered, we do cleaning annually, this advanced check make no sense, especially the dental trying to play the game to not mentioning specifically that they are doing a cleaning that will not be covered by insurance completely. So remember to ask clearly before they give you anything to sign!
