We've been bringing Charlie to Josh for 3 years, and we couldn't ask for a better experience. The limo service for pick-up and delivery is a total game-changer and so convenient. Charlie loves it so much that he knows the routine; as soon as we start packing his food, he's too excited to sleep! By 5:00 AM, he's at the door ready to go--he doesn't even look back to say goodbye. It's such a relief to travel knowing our dog is in a place he truly loves. Highly recommend! read more

Josh's pet care is above and beyond and I am seriously thankful that I found them. I have a dog that often overheats based on her breed and he understood the signs right away and got her calmed down and cool and she was playing inside with their dogs! I've tried other boarding establishments and they leave the dogs in crates overnight with no supervision-- at Josh's I just feel totally confident that my little doggie girl is doing great! Thanks Josh! read more

We have used Josh's Pet Care for the last 6 years. After trying many other boarding facilities, we found Josh through the recommendation of friends. Our dogs clearly enjoy their stays there and we feel great knowing they are safe. Communication is easy - we text or call and they respond quickly. It is incredibly helpful that they pick up our dogs and deliver them back home. Josh, his mother and the rest of the staff have been professional, accommodating and incredibly kind to us and our dogs. Whole heartedly recommend them!! read more

I'm thankful for Josh's pet care. There's not other service like his anywhere. What makes Josh special? He has a limo service that picks up and delivers, there's about 2 acres of outdoor space for the dogs to frolic and play, they offer grooming and the dogs that are boarded don't stay in kennels but roam freely on the premises. My dog has been coming here for a few years now and she knows the drill when she sees her travel bag come out. She seems to be very comfortable and enjoys her stays the best that she can while we're traveling. Josh's pet care has been a life saver and the care and watchful eyes on my pet make me feel confident and happy when traveling since I know she's in a safe and fun environment. Thank you over and over again for always showing up, always being on time, having great communication, updating social media to see pets playing while gone and offering such 5 star service. read more

My dogs stayed at Josh's for almost a month. Both were happy to see us when we picked them up but they may have been sad to leave. They were in very good condition and not needy because they must have been given enough attention. I would definitely recommend Josh's for long term boarding. read more

We have been boarding our dogs with Josh for almost 3 years! We were new to the area and didn't know anyone back in 2018, we stumbled upon them on FB and never looked back, the minute we turn the corner to the street our pups go nuts because of how much they love being there, truly a second family at this point, so we highly recommend! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We left our pitboxer mix here for a whole month while we were away in Europe. They took the best care of our boy. They kept him healthy and happy and understood his separation anxiety issues and attended to him so he would feel comfortable and safe. They gave us a very affordable rate and let him stay free a few days so he felt comfortable at the place. I will only come here and no where else for next time. I live in New Port Richey and have no problem driving all the way to Riverview for this amazing service. Josh and this team let the dogs out and play a whole lot and understand dog behaviors. So if your dog things he's Alfa they will put him in a group that will cause no danger to other dogs which I love because our dog things he's the boss of everyone! 10/10 would recommend, they make our dog feel the best and most at home while we are away. Josh's Pet Care came highly recommended to me at my local dog park in Tampa. I did my research and Josh and his team had numerous positive reviews on yelp. I left my 2 dogs (and I am very selective) for 10 days with Josh and his team. I received updates with pictures showing how well the dogs were adjusting to their new environment. The best part is how Josh's pet care truly cares and has knowledge of dogs and their psychological needs. I really felt a peace of mind knowing that Josh and his team took the time to get to know my dogs. Our dogs returned home happy! I will happily be back! read more

Our dog loves spending time at Josh's. It's like a doggie sleep away camp every time she stays.

I cannot say enough about Josh and his team. I really can't. I moved to Florida last fall with my newly rescued pit bull mix and was very worried about what kind of day care I could find for her. I knew I was going to be at work all day, 5 days a week, and with likely substantial overtime. Josh was the answer to all of it. He truly loves dogs, provides expert care, and he and his team are the most flexible, reliable, responsible, caring people you could ever ask for to take care of your dog. They have always come through with every difficult scheduling situation. They even asked to come to training with my dog so they could learn what was best for her. Additionally, they are adamant about keeping her trained and have even helped me with enforcing the training commands. What I find most remarkable with them, is that they are not in this for the money. Of course, it is a business and they need to make money but EVERY single time they would have been in their rights to charge me more for something extra, they have not. Josh's team provides more service for the money than any other business I can think of. If you need day care, overnight care or just about anything else for your dog, you should go to Josh's. You will be happy that you did. And if you don't believe me, just ask my dog! She absolutely LOVES it there! Thank you Josh! read more

I cannot recommend Josh and his services enough!! You can truly tell he is an animal lover by the way he interacts and plays with your pup! I have had him come to my home many times, to watch my 3 year old German Shephard, and would use him time and time again! read more
