I spoke with Bridget McQueerey on the phone this afternoon on she was incredibly rude. She had been…read moreavoiding calls for over 90 days, which she initially denied. I asked for the postal address to forward documentation so we could get our issue resolved but she hung up on me. Thinking this could have been accident, I phone back immediately and she would not answer. I left a voicemail and still have not heard back. I likewise left a message for Mike Bukaty and I am still waiting a response. This is not the level of professionalism I would expect.

In Jan of 2020, I received an email from Jeff Walstrom stating my ins. would go up to $910 a month effective Feb 1, 2020. I complained and reminded him he quoted me less than 30 days ago, so he agreed to honor the $775 price through May of 2020. In May of 2020, I was charged 910.00 which was not supposed to happen until June of 2020. Then in June of 2020, I was auto debited $1035 without any notification from Jeff Walstrom or BCBS. I emailed him several times and sent him a copies of the rate sheet he provided. Jeff stated the rates increased again in June and the rate sheet was now expired. Now I am paying over $1035 a month for a policy that was originally quoted at $775. My rate was increased of $261.76 in 6 months. I also never approved the auto debit amounts to raise or be changed without my knowledge, so I am filing a BBB complaint. Jeff Walstrom is not a good agent, nor is he good with communication, nor does he follow-up on anything. He quotes you and enrolls you into auto debit, then takes more money that he is supposed to. CHECK YOUR AUTO DEBIT if you have a policy with him.

I had personally requested a different representative because this lady Laura was very unprofessional. HR reps should NOT be lying about their clients in order to make themselves look like a victim. Shame on you Laura. I also sent in an email requesting information about my FSA account and asked to change it. I was told by Jennifer that I can't change it. I then responded asking for "WHEN CAN I?" and Jennifer just resent the same email that she sent before. Apparently they can't take the time to provide their clients with the information that they request. Pretty lazy employees who won't do their jobs. Another employee sent in an email reporting that their account was locked. Several days went by and NO RESPONSE. These jerks can't even take the time to respond to an email!!! What is WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??!!?!? You guys are the worst and should be ashamed of yourselves. I receive better customer service from my ISP than I get from you guys. Worthless, completely worthless!

She has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. Laura has gone above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered thoroughly and my needs were met promptly. In my experience, the entire team has been responsive and transparent, particularly regarding my FSA account. They've clearly explained timing restrictions (which are typically regulated by federal guidelines, not company policy) and have always provided complete information when requested. Communication has always been timely and thorough in my case. When I've emailed with questions or concerns, I've received thoughtful responses within 24 hours. Every organization faces challenges, but my experience suggests the other review that was left on this company's page doesn't reflect an honest experience and rather I would expect that this person (who is hiding behind a fake picture - and likely fake name) isn't doing her own part to understand how these things actually work. You can typically glean a lot from a person's review by looking through all their other reviews. Outside of nothing but negative reviews, her only positive experience appears to be when she visits her favorite cannabis store.
