We moved from Wisconsin to Colorado and they were invaluable in helping us with our search for a home here. My husband was living in temporary housing in Denver and I was still in Wisconsin making house hunting trips when I was able. Brian and Andrea worked around our crazy schedule AND the insane Denver area housing market around the clock. When I was in town they made their schedules work for us and took us to every house we wanted to see - no small feat, as we were looking anywhere from Littleton, to Castle Rock to Aurora and everywhere in between. They helped us put in competitive offers and were absolutely invested in getting us a home we would be happy in. I can't say enough good things about these guys...they worked their tails off for us and always did it with a smile.

Sean and Molly were AMAZING to work with. They are truly so knowledgeable about the market, loans, renos, and everything to do with the real estate market. They have given us multiple contacts of theirs for any and every home service/potential diy project etc. AND they continue to check on us several months after we closed. They preach that they prioritize life long relationships far after their clients have bought or sold their homes and that can't be any more true. We feel very fortunate that we were recommended to use Gather Realty and we absolutely would recommend this duo team to anyone and everyone. They work hard and they truly know their stuff- we feel like we learned so much and always enjoyed speaking to Sean and Molly to learn even more!! Looking forward to working with them years down the road as well!

Colin was amazing to work with to both sell and buy a home in two popular Denver neighborhoods. On the selling side of things, he was incredibly helpful in getting our house ready for market. It needed a lot of cosmetic work before showings and he helped by connecting us with folks to do the work, and was more than willing to pitch in himself. We really appreciate the extra effort as we were both busy working and focused on finding a new home. He also staged and photographed our house, making it look spacious and inviting. We had multiple offers within the first weekend and were able to close quickly so that we could buy a new home. He was methodical and detail oriented on all of the contract work and we always knew that he had our best interest in mind. On the buying side of things he listened to what we wanted and showed up great options in our price range and neighborhood preference. He was patient and knowledgeable and took the time to show us any property we wanted and then talk through the options. Once under contract he made sure that we met all of our deadlines and that the process was seamless, which wasn't easy because we were buying and selling. Overall we were extremely happy working with Colin, we highly recommend him and have already passed along his information to friends.
