This business is one such example where it appears very confusing how someone can have a good experience. For starters, they hardly ever answer the phone, particularly if they see a number of a customer who is calling with an issue or a complaint. Initial interactions with this business happened in relation to a sofa and replacing its interior cushion. They provided an estimate that was less than other companies, the reviews on Yelp seemed to be good and everything was making sense to proceed with Super Upholstery Team. Sadly, the work they did was simply horrible, a completely uneven filling, with the back of the sofa filled way more than the front, thus resulting in a sliding surface rather than an even sofa. After mentioning the issue to them, they would simply refuse to come out to look at it and simply stopped answering calls. Had to drive there to talk in person and was basically sent away. Thus, there is very little positive I can say about this company other than perhaps pricing being lower than others. The quality of work and general level of customer service is as low as it gets.

She said, "Ohhhh...if you don't say anything, I don't know." Ummmm...the special is on your employer's website in a couple places. If someone says they want the Hot & Wax and it's Monday, that should prompt you to charge $10. Next, was the car wash. It's the one where your car goes through it, but at the end, they hand dry it. I went through the car wash and the guy hand dried it. Well, there were still soap suds on my car and my car was still dirty. Like, I could have gotten a hose and sprayed it with water for the same outcome I got after taking it to this car wash. I'm kicking myself because I had a guy come to my home and he did an AWESOME job cleaning/detailing the interior of my car. He offered to hand wash my car, but I declined. I should have let him! My first impression will be my last impression. I will not go back and I do not recommend them.
