I pulled the tree & took it into Helms with receipt in hand for either a replacement or refund only to be responded with "We don't take trees or shrubs back as we don't know how the customer took care of it." Why would I spend the time/money/energy into purchasing a tree, planting it, & tending to it only to have to dig it up & return? I know other places like Home Depot, Lowe's, & Costco have a 1yr guarantee on the trees & shrubs. So I recommend going to those other businesses as they honor & back the products they sell!

I'm from Maine and this place reminded me of "husseys" where you can get guns, wedding gowns and cold beer. True value also sells what you would wear working a rodeo. Such a cool place.
