I have some serious dental anxiety (which was explicitly communicated multiple times before being seen), and I started to cry and asked if we could just do a standard one, since I'd already worked up to coming in today, and she ran out of the room saying, "I'm not comfortable with this." The dentist had already said my teeth weren't that bad, but now you want me to leave and come back AGAIN for a deep clean? No, you people double-booked your appointments and I got stuck in the crossfire. Xrays were taken and reviewed by the Doctor very quickly. Dr Ty explained the treatment plan and his assistant outlined the cost. It was much less expensive than I thought.
