Recently my husband and two kids got side swiped along the freeway by the other party from Liberty Mutual insurance. This happened 2 weeks ago, we have been waiting for our adjuster to take care of the said incident but unfortunately nothing happening. By the way our adjuster is Lee Thao of allstate. She did not even bothered to get the police report herself. Me and my husband had to do it and emailed to her. Here's another thing she would not even take effort to at least try and make a move. What the heck we are paying so much premium just to have this kind of bad services, not fair at all. After all its their duty to protect their clients (us) inyerest. We are stressed out and worried that we will end up doing everything for them, and guess what we have it right all along. My husband decided to call the other party insurance company, full of nonesense that insurance also is denying and make some excuses as to what not. So ridiculously unbelievably insane how this unsurance companies worked. Cannot trust any of them in terms of claims like this. For real Allstate, we trusted you guys so much, but it seems like it is not worthy, our insurance agent Ms. Angelica Virola, please be aware of what your Insurer is doing and actually doing. One time my husband called her office, and one of the staff said she's tired due to the error she made. I think she lacks professionalism and very rude. You don't say things like that to your client.
