Recently, our car broke down and we were facing a very difficult situation. You explained to us that, in addition to having AAA, our State Farm coverage could provide roadside assistance and towing. Because of your help, we were able to get the car towed without having to spend the $300-$450 we were expecting to pay. You saved us a tremendous amount of money at a time when we really needed it. Unfortunately, the car was not worth repairing, and you didn't stop there. You also helped us figure out how to donate the vehicle, making an already stressful situation so much easier for us. We truly appreciate the way you both take the time to explain our coverage and look for ways to help us. It means so much to know that when something unexpected happens, we have people like you who are there to help us through it. Thank you, Elle and Selene for your kindness, patience, and for always going above and beyond. We are very grateful to have you as our State Farm representatives. Thank you Selene, Elle With sincere appreciation

Months later, my very upset mother made me look for new insurances, because we were rudely told in person by one of the secretaries that they couldn't change anything about it. I got that situation fixed, but I had to call and see if went through, because they didn't bother to call me back and let me know. She just happened to "forget to call back." This week I got an email asking to send in my grades and schedules, only to be told I didn't qualify because I didn't keep a 3.0, but a 2.5.
