I walked in and asked for some Sailor Jerry's. The Syrian guy said sure and that I NEEDED a big bottle (1.75l). I asked how much and he said "$30, but for you $25." I've never bargained for liquor before (at least here in the US), but I jumped at the opportunity. A bit of back and forth and we settled on $23 (its $20 at BevMo). Not too shabby. With the help of the guys at Highway 1 Liquor, the trusty sailor made our stay in Lompoc just a bit better.

We have talked to the owner since then they said they "talked" to this man and it's solved. Yet he is still working there, has not apologized at all to my boyfriend's mom. Even thought the owners claimed he has. The owners are not taking this seriously. We've been left with no choice but to make it public. I have a very hard time believing this is the first time he has made a comment like this. It says a lot about a man to comment on a women's body in an inappropriate way, especially while with her kids. . My boyfriend's family have been coming here for years. We don't feel comfortable sending the kids or even any of girls over there anymore, and it shouldn't be like that. We believe this man should be fired.

As said they might not have a large selection, but if you ask them I'm sure they would be happy to carry it for you. I'm proud that these are my neighbors, shop local!
