Overall, there is a standard, appropriate selection of NYC hardware store goods, from light bulbs to fans to paint, and there are always several employees around to help you. I brought my amplifier there because some of my speakers didn't seem to have sound he took in the amp and diagnosed it and found one channel had a lot of static going on. He also said it needed a good cleaning. I gave him the go ahead to make any repair and do any service needed and it turned out wonderfully. I dropped my amplifier off at his store on a Friday afternoon and got it back the following Wednesday, how great is that. I went back to the store today since they gave 3 months warranty. When I got there, there's another technician. I think he thought I am a new customer to fix the wi-fi, then he told me the charge will be $45. I told him I come here to fix the wifi under the warranty, and I asked him why they charge me for $50 last time. He then told me "ok, now the price is $55". Also, he ask me to go tomorrow. It was only 6:30 when I got there. The technician was extremely rude. Their pricing is not staple and unfair. That's all I want to say.
