He was very easy to talk to and professional. In addition, I appreciated that he gave me real advice and ideas, not ones that would benefit his pockets but rather ones that aligned with my vision and my budget too. His crew came by about a week and a half later on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday evening they were finished (one day was too rainy for them to work). The outcome was better than I could've imagined it and I could really tell that Nelson and his team listened to what I wanted done. I wish I had a before picture so you could see the transformation. We were given an estimate which was right in line with what most websites indicate that the job would cost. Jose said he would start work in approximately 2-3 weeks. About 2 and a half weeks later, Jose and his crew showed up bright and early and got to work. I thought it would take several days, but much to my surprise, they finished the job in one day! They were very neat and no evidence of the old materials were left behind. Several weeks later, a gentleman came to finish installing the railings. He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. The job was paid for and is incomplete. I would not recommend this business.

He answered all our questions, told us exactly what to expect, gave us an estimate on the spot, and was able to schedule us on relatively short notice. Communication was great. Michael & co were clear about how long the work would take, showed up when they said they would, and sent us pictures after staining and after the first coat of polyurethane. Their attention to detail really shows, and they did a great job wrapping appliances and smoke detectors too and generally cleaning up after themselves. Over a $600 discrepancy they they created. They will go out of business soon enough. So be it.
