The mistake was not noticed until they offered an additional round of the INCORRECT VACCINE. Following this, they tried to diminish the issue and gawked at the fact that we were (rightfully) upset, saying that "all shots are necessary and safe". If you're mixing vaccines for infants without verification of material/dosage/lot/etc., how is that remotely 'safe?' Won't be back.
