When I called the office to inquire about what happened, they said they didn't have my pharmacy on file. I gave them the phone number and address. The next day, the pharmacist told me they'd still not received anything from Virginia iSpine. Again, I call. Again I am told they have no pharmacy on file for me. At my second visit, I was not understanding the explanation of my radiology results. I asked for clarification and I never received it. I was then left in an exam room for 30 minutes before a nurse finally told me that the doctor had never advised her that I had been seen and ready to be scheduled for my next visit and discharged. I opted not to schedule any further with this practice after these two visits.
