Wayne called me very quickly, but informed me he was super busy ( not a problem) and would call me back asap. Which he did.I told him i had been through a lot...and would wait until he could do the work as he was the only plumber who responded and apparently was a nice human. My problem started when he insisted he would show up the next morning. He didn't. I immediately worried he himself was having an emergency and reached out repeatedly to assure him i could wait until he had time to come out. Over several days. He never responded. Not a peep. I'm baffled to this day, but gave him every opportunity to let me know he could not help me or just tell me anything. I was beyond kind. He was not. So I am just letting anyone who may have the same experience...me too. Who knows, many people are weird. I ended up paying a large corporation probably too much money, but at least they did what they said.

Got a call back just a day or two later and we had a wonderful experience with the plumber. He was timely, polite, respectful, hard working, and most importantly honest. He let us know what charges could be expected ahead of time, and even went out of his way to check two stores for a repair part that saved us hundreds of dollars. (Didn't add any extra fees for that beyond the cost of the repair part.) Very reasonable charges, hardworking, and honest - now they've got a repeat customer! It got to the point where my household was showering in the guest bathroom every day, which is exactly as inconvenient as it sounds. I'd used Anthony from All American Home Services about a year ago at a different property for a toilet leak. That job went so well -- quick, clean, reasonably priced -- that he was the first call I made when this shower issue started. Even though his schedule was packed, he found a way to fit me in within the week. Day of the appointment, he showed up right on time. Professionally dressed. Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill? Extremely reasonable -- honestly less than I expected for the quality of work. My only complaint is that I didn't call him sooner and spent months dealing with cold showers for no reason. Second time hiring Anthony across two different properties, and I'll keep calling him for anything plumbing-related. The guy earns repeat business the right way.

Well after struggling (and I mean STRUGGLING) to get my previous plumber to actually show up and complete a job I got fed up and looked for someone else. I picked up a flyer from AAA Upstate Plumbing at the Southern Home & Garden Show so we called them. Not only did they come out within a few hours of my call - but they had the problem fixed and noticed a minor leak on the kitchen sink that I had noticed too but forgot to mention. They fixed that and then did a small extra job on another sink that I hadn't called about but while I had someone there I asked. I can't say enough good things about something as small and simple as actually showing up and fixing a problem - it's not rocket science you know. I found a new plumber to use and I'm glad I did.
