Nate Horst, the owner, took my call and impressed me with his responsiveness. We discussed my needs and set up an appointment to meet at my house a few days later. I received an estimate within hours, and was satisfied with it so we scheduled a date within one week for the cleaning. Nate and his helper were prompt, thorough and professional. I was VERY pleased with the systems and products employed, and their price, which came in at almost exactly the estimate given, if not less. I would highly recommend this company due to Nate's communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and the end-product. He did note that his typical customers are "commercial", but he is willing to do large-scale/in-depth residential cleanings. It's rare to find such industrious, professional and friendly service in Burlington, which is sad, but worth yelping about when you find it.

We had so many things that needed to be accomplished to sell our home. We are a family of seven with a small farm, so every time someone turned around there was something that needed attention. Not only did Vallerie keep the house clean before showings, but this is also just a small list of the accomplished projects that they did during the 9 months the home was on the market: Deep cleaned the entire house - several times, as it was for sale during Vermont snowy winter. Kept the house clean before showings. During the summer and fall they kept our yard maintained. They helped to repaint several of the rooms. Re-did the sheet rock and finished a bonus room.
