When the came back we were told the house wasn't clean enough... excuse me? Your staff was there a week prior and no mention of that. So because they had to deal with a few items here and there they couldn't finish the job. What was "done" was half assed. This home was in seriously rough conditions which we made the manager aware of. We pointed out everything. Still no invoice, work wasn't completed and they keep pointing the finger at us. Was told an invoice would be left after they cleaned. A company who refuses to provide an invoice RED FLAG Told us 8% should be added if we pay by check, we paid in cash and now I'm being asked for the $44 I owe them... when they didn't even finish the job! Now we are told the only way to get an invoice is to pay the $44.if we got an invoice as requested many times we would know about the 8% If you finish the job I'll pay the 44!
