We had so many things that needed to be accomplished to sell our home. We are a family of seven with a small farm, so every time someone turned around there was something that needed attention. Not only did Vallerie keep the house clean before showings, but this is also just a small list of the accomplished projects that they did during the 9 months the home was on the market: Deep cleaned the entire house - several times, as it was for sale during Vermont snowy winter. Kept the house clean before showings. During the summer and fall they kept our yard maintained. They helped to repaint several of the rooms. Re-did the sheet rock and finished a bonus room. CLEANED A LOT!!! Vallerie would find new area's that really needed some attention - repairs, painting and the never ending cleaning. I can't even think of all the repairs that got done as furniture was moved. Helped with packing belongings that didn't get moved with the first truck. Deep cleaned the yard. We had so many things that we just couldn't take. Several dump trips later.... Oh, did I mention CLEANING!!! Helped to find a small crew to load a 53 ft semi for my final move of our belongings. Then to make my move even easier and take away the driving stress, they DROVE with me from VT to GA bringing our family's 37 ft camper. The last week I was in VT trying to get things finished was extremely stressful and I know that with out the help of Chris and Vallerie I could not have gotten it all accomplished!!!! They have gone above and beyond helping our family. Vallerie and Chris helped not just in "getting things done" but their solid work ethic took so much stress off of me. I knew it would get done and I could breathe. Now I just need them to come spend a week with us in GA........I have an unfinished basement that needs Vallerie's organizational skills. I requested a deep cleaning to include washing of all walls, windows, light coverings, dusting of…read moreall ceilings. Clean and wash 2 refrigerators , wash off all appliances,clean bathrooms and laundry room from top to bottom. I was told 5 people would come to preform these tasks at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. on 9/9/23. Saturday the 9 th of Sept. came but no cleaners. I waited, 12 p.m. came still no cleaners. I called and asked where are my cleaners? I was told some girl did no want to travel so far .My number was in Markus other phone and they were short handed. But they would be here on the fallowing Thursday at 9:00 or 9:30. They the cleaners called approximantly 9:45,they said they were 15 mins away. 10:38 a.m. they call and told me where they were. I told them they were 10 minutes away. 11:20 ish they arrived but there were only 2 people not 4-5 as I was told. The cleaning consisted of Anna spraying a cloth attached to a Swifter with Awesome cleaner (comes from the dollar store) and rubbing it up and down on the wall. Randy her helper washed the trim at the top of the walls with a rag,what if anything was on it I do not know. Anna also vacuumed the carpet in the 3 rooms they worked in. Anna told me they would stay until 6 ,then 7 then they would finish that half of the house. 5:00 o'clock I am told the boss had an emergency and needed his truck back. They were all packed up. So to sum it up, No windows were washed at all, half the walls pkshe washed with a swifter are yellow due too not rinsing off the dollar store cleaner, crayon marks were left behind that my grandson had drew on the wall. Not all the walls were washed in the 3 rd room.No ceiling were warped down that I could tell, No light shades were taken down and washed and still have flys in them. Anna said her boss Markus wanted me to call him. I tried to call but our phone was not working, we have a land line and she had stuffed the WI-FI box in a cardboard box which messed up the wires. She let me use her cellphone. He, Markus starts telling me he needs the whole $1500. today and because they would be coming back he would need another $600. for them to do that. I stupidly said I would give them $600. for the work they'd done without inspecting it thoroughly. But I was not giving them the full amount or paying another $600. for them to come back. They showed up 2 hours late, smoked pot on my front lawn and used foul language repeatedly. Not to mention only 2 people came and could not finish a job of 7 rooms and 2 baths and a laundry room in 4 hours they worked. Between breaks and a half hour it took her to fix a broken vacuum cleaner they brought. They it was discovered at 10 p.m. after it took my husband 2 hours too get the phone working again, had put hangers on my sons bed and then put his 50 inch t.v. face down on top of them putting a hole in the front. All so Anna could vacuum that spot. But they never rolled his bed which is on casters out of the way to vacuum under it. I called Markus on Friday the 10 th in the afternoon to ask if they had insurance for damages and told him what they had done. He told me he would get back to me on Monday. I didn't hear from him so I called him on Tuesday evening and as soon as I told him who was calling he hung up on me. We are still having phone problems. You have been warned. Don't hire Plattsburgh cleaners unless you want a huge headache. They are far from Professional !!!
