My lawn has been struggling for the last couple of years, but after one visit, I have hope and see my property has the potential to look very nice. Dave's quality of service is impressive. He mowed and trimmed the property and didn't leave any grass clumps. I didn't feel pressured to do additional work and liked his approach to other work I want done on the property. Additionally, I never felt my job was too small or would get any lesser treatment than a bigger job. This work ethic, and quality of service, is the reason I'll continue as a client with DC Property Maintenance.

I am so grateful to Brian for stopping by last minute to fix my dryer vent as well as help me…read moreretrieve my toolkit that fell behind the dryer. The company I had used previously forgot my appointment twice in a row, didn't bother to give me an exact time they would be stopping by, and also made an off-putting comment to me over the phone so to say I was irked was an understatement and generally I am really nice with everyone I meet. It takes a lot to piss me off. I googled repair services and home maintenance and luckily PHB popped up. They were conveniently located in Saint Albans and answered the phone promptly. I told them my problem and they were able to come within the hour. I felt so grateful. He also did not overcharge me, though I made sure to tip him extra for a job well done, excellent customer service, and common courtesy. I don't have any photos to share, but I hope this review helps him to attract more business because he deserves it. He is a great handy/repair man. It felt like a godsend.

Nathan gave me a completely unreasonable quote of at least $1,000 a day. It is very clear he just doesn't want to travel to Montpelier. It would have been real nice if he had just said NO in the beginning. I've been waiting TWO WEEKS to confirm him and he still never provided the detailed invoice I requested. I'm so done with this company. Nathan, enough. You succeeded! You lost my business & thanks for the run around.
