I walked into the store, described to Kristy the type of gown I was looking for, and she showed me a couple that were right on point. I found my dress that afternoon. From there, I needed some alterations - I was buying the gown off the rack because we had a short time frame - and the seamstress was amazing - she made the dress fit me perfectly - it was such a smooth and stress free experience from start to finish and the gown was gorgeous. I remembered my dealings with Stewart, and stopped in as my last shot before getting my morning coat custom-made. Not only did Stewart come up with an outstanding coat at a reasonable price, his service was outstanding, and when I needed a minor fix at 9:00 am on the morning of my wedding, he took care of it in the store while I waited in the dressing room sans pants. I'm really glad to learn he's still in business and back in Waterford.

The XS fits me perfectly, but I tend to like a bit looser fit for comfort for my sweaters. I decided to get the Small in the end. A definite unique cut. Sleeves are fitted and widens at the upper arms. Torso is tapered at the waist and then widens like a bat wing from just above the waist. Quick service. Quick changes and quick checkout.

We just received our dresses last Tuesday, July 28th after I called inquiring had the dresses arrived. I understood that COVID changed a lot of things but lack of communication shouldn't be one. Fast forward to now, 3 out of 4 of my dresses have issues. I called the same evening I picked up the dresses and left a voicemail. I received a return call the next day from one of the sales associates. She took my concerns and was supposed to turn them over to the owner, JuneRachael who had been present during the initial fitting. I received two more calls, from sales associates never June. One associate who hasn't been at the shop during the numerous times there was issues. Who told me herself in April, she was no longer at the shop. The sales associates and June's response that I received today via e-mail, after I emailed her was to proceed with alterations. That the dresses were ordered true to size. The lack of concern and communication is pathetic. I regret deciding to go with the shop for thee most important day of my life. Oh did I mention, the wedding date is 8/16/20 Pictures speak for themselves....maybe bridal dresses are treated differently than bridesmaids dresses. Over $900 between 4 dress..

The staff were able to advise me on the different options, get something put together in a day and look at it for any minor adjustments the following day. When I returned after the event, I returned the tuxedo without any additional fuss. No friction whatsoever.

All of the guys and both our dads said they were treated respectfully as well. They had a wide variety of price points. Some dresses you could take home and others you had to order. The floor space itself is very elegant. Sarah was our consultant and she did a fabulous job! She had read my preferences ahead of time and was fully prepared for the appointment to make recommendations. While Sarah did have a dress lined up for me to try on, I did like the fact that she let me go through the racks myself to look at the dresses as opposed to just selecting a bunch of dresses for me all on her own.
