Said he couldn't pick the lock. Had to drill. Took him 15 min. Since my lock was destroyed, I needed another lock. He had no inventory at all. Has to go to Home Depot which is 10 min away. Little did I know that I'm being charged by the hour. The tech needed help from another tech because he was had no clue. They were there for two hours??? I've been to this store many times. It doesn't take multiple hours to get the lock I wanted. In fact, I texted the one to them so really it was a no brainer. They finally came back, installed the lock. Took them 30+ min. So here is the good part. They charged me almost 400 dollars for service call,labor in taking off the lock. It took him like 15min. Total bill was over 800.00 with the new lock etc. when I disputed these labor and service charges, they explained their business is closed and tech carried no inventory. It was 4pm. So I had to pay labor for them to spend 2+ hours in Home Depot. My guess they were having tacos somewhere. This company is a major rip-off. Stay away.

We had a boot attached to our golf cart in a beach parking lot in North Myrtle Beach. I called three locksmiths to have help with removing the boot. One returned my call, saying they could not come; the second one said that someone would call but did not. The third was My Locksmith Pro, and they were excellent. Someone called me back in less than five minutes and said he was on a job but would be there right after he finished. When "D" arrived, he was quick efficient, and thorough. He immediately got to work and was finished in less than 15 minutes. We could not have had better service.

Many on google said they were closed, many were reportedly open but didn't answer, and the ones who did answer refused to drive from Myrtle Beach to Conway. Then I called Perry. He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 25 minutes... no muss/ no fuss! He tried to unlock my lock for about an hour. I was super afraid he would give up and leave but he didn't. He kept trying until he got me inside. Turns out the only reason the lock took so long is due to failsafes in the lock's design to keep it from being picked. I asked him to drill off the lock and even when it broke a drill bit, he kept going. That's why I say he's persistent. This guy is the best!
