Little did I know that I'm being charged by the hour. The tech needed help from another tech because he was had no clue. They were there for two hours??? I've been to this store many times. It doesn't take multiple hours to get the lock I wanted. In fact, I texted the one to them so really it was a no brainer. They finally came back, installed the lock. Took them 30+ min. So here is the good part. They charged me almost 400 dollars for service call,labor in taking off the lock. It took him like 15min. Total bill was over 800.00 with the new lock etc. when I disputed these labor and service charges, they explained their business is closed and tech carried no inventory. It was 4pm. So I had to pay labor for them to spend 2+ hours in Home Depot. My guess they were having tacos somewhere. This company is a major rip-off. Stay away.

All of the keys except two work and they were the very unusual key/locks. He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 25 minutes... no muss/ no fuss! He tried to unlock my lock for about an hour. I was super afraid he would give up and leave but he didn't. He kept trying until he got me inside. Turns out the only reason the lock took so long is due to failsafes in the lock's design to keep it from being picked.
