They digit to bring me the fixings to go along with my meal and when i asked they brought a plate of shredded lettuce with maybe a teaspoon of cheese and a little dab of guac. It was honestly bizarre. I was traveling and needed to eat or I would have left. You are also charged for chips and salsa. We did get two baskets so I'm not sure if it's only for the 2nd basket but if that's the case the first basket shouldn't be half full and same with the salsa. I felt so sick when I left and so did the other half of my party. I would never return.

Mad Mex has ensured that carryout is no longer a burden for patrons, that they can quickly accommodate orders without burdening their own staff, and widely advertise it as an option. They literally busted out a wall and added a door directly to the designated carryout counter of the bar. Rather than waiting in line with seating, telling the hostess that you are picking up an order, generally being sent to the bar to find an available way to flag down the bartender to pay, and then waiting for someone to go check in the kitchen if your order is ready. You now have... - a designated door on the front of the building which is well-labeled as Takeout Orders - a portioned off part of the counter dedicated to interactions with the bartenders for picking up - a place for the staff to place orders ready at the counter rather than waiting back in the kitchen. I love it! Takeout is a breeze!!!

We were "not" greeted with "Welcome to Moe's". We ordered two chicken burritos (order# 172901739) and they were lukewarm but good. CAUTION: We noticed there were a lot of flies buzzing around the restaurant. We also noticed the public complementary salsas were not covered with individual lids. I told the server flies could get in the salsas and to tell his manager. He appeared to be in shock, he was speechless. We hope his manager ensure lids are on salsa jars very soon.
