The receptionist cut me off mid sentence in a rude and dismissive tone just to ask if I was a new patient. I was then asked placed on hold again. When Cindy answered I asked to speak with somebody else. The second employee showed no concern, did not acknowledge the issue,and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my complaint. Calling a doctor's office about health concerns should not feel this frustrating or disrespectful. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the front office staff was unacceptable and has left me with no confidence in this practice.

Their hold system automatically hangs up on you after 5 minutes. The last time I called, I tried to get a word in, hoping to just schedule a call back instead of being placed back on the 5 minute hold that never gets answered who knows how many more times. She didn't listen to me (she heard me though) and just said, I'll be right with you and cut me off to place me on this hold that never gets answered yet again. Extremely frustrating. I don't know if I'm being placed back at the end of this hold line every time the call is dropped. I tried to be patient, called back after being hung up on 3x before asking to please be given a second to speak which was not honored. Due to complications -- my baby measuring in the 1st percentile -- I was advised that all imaging and high-risk care would be handled through Dr. Brar's office. From early on, I was repeatedly told they were convinced the issue had to be genetic. We went through more in-depth NIPT testing, and everything came back normal, yet that assumption never seemed to shift or be further investigated. Starting in January 2026, I was seen weekly at Dr. Brar's office. During this time, I rarely saw Dr. Sadjadi and trusted that between both offices, my care was being properly managed. Looking back, that trust feels incredibly misplaced. Despite being seen every single week for a high-risk pregnancy, not once was my blood pressure checked. I was later diagnosed with preeclampsia, with blood pressure reaching 158/102 -- a serious and dangerous condition that should have been caught much earlier with routine monitoring. Instead, it was missed entirely. This ultimately led to an emergency induction and the devastating loss of my baby at 26 weeks. There are no words to fully describe the pain of that loss. What makes it even harder is knowing that something as basic and standard as checking blood pressure -- a fundamental part of prenatal care, especially in high-risk cases -- was completely overlooked during consistent, weekly visits. Follow up with Sadjadi regarding this care left me feeling dismissed and unheard - she would simply tell me "oh honey don't stress" and never addressed my concerns. I feel deeply let down by both Dr. Brar's office and Dr. Sadjadi at Optum. The lack of attention, oversight, and accountability during such a critical time in my life is something I will carry with me forever. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their care to others.

Focused and involved with you and your concerns. Great listener and engaged in the moment. My wife developed some issues with losing feeling in her hands.
