He was responsive, answered my questions directly, explained the materials and warranty options, and kept me updated throughout the project. During tear-off, they found damaged decking that needed replacement and provided photo documentation of the repairs. The crew completed the roof quickly, the job passed Santa Rosa County inspection, and I received the permit, inspection report, certificate of completion, and project photos. The final roof includes a full shingle replacement and low-slope roofing sections, and everything was completed according to code. I spoke with Sammy Dean who introduced their company and shared in detail what materials would be used to replace my existing roof. It was like a well oiled machine, each knowing their task. All people I spoke to with Keith Walther Roofing were pleasant and professional from the office staff, to the sales rep (who was also the overseer of the project, Sammy Dean) and the hard working crew of roofers. This was a job well done.

Quality Roofing stepped up and said no problem- they would send someone over as soon as they could as they knew we were on a tight schedule. We told him we were surprised the original company wanted nothing to do with the problems I would definitely recommend Quality Roofing for all your needs Ask for Carl - he is great!

I'm not one to write negative reviews and try to work with a company to resolve issues directly…read more I've tried to do so here and the issue continues. However...I wish I'd read some of these reviews before contracting with Quality Roofing to repair a small roof leak that was traveling through the attic and dripping through one of my ceiling fans. I have found Quality, as a company, unreliable in either identifying/resolving the issue and in scheduling follow-up service to address it when it wasn't fixed. The sales rep working with me, Jon, has been very professional and empathetic but has not been able to get the company to address the issue. I should add that I am a REPEAT customer. I paid them to do work on the small cottage on the property in the interim...so this is how repeat customers are treated. Here is my journey: * May 12: Reached out to them as the recent heavy rain had created a small roof leak that was coming through one of the ceiling fans in my living room. This caused a surge and blew the breakers for all of the lights in the front of the house. * May 14: I signed the contract. No follow-up to schedule and I had to prod about it. * May 19: Initial repair done * September 8: Ceiling fan starts dripping water again and trips the breaker again. I was traveling for a few weeks...it's likely it was happening in the interim, but wasn't noticed. No one followed up to schedule the repair or come out to address it until I prodded again. My sister had passed away that week and I was out of town...I was told someone would come by and that I didn't need to be home. * September 24: I had to prod again, as no one had come to address the leak. I've had to have that ceiling fan/light off the whole time as it trips the breaker from the water intrusion. * October 2: Someone comes out...does another "fix" * October 6: Heavy rain....cue the ceiling fan water leak again. Report it AGAIN. * October 11: Follow-up AGAIN as there has been crickets from Quality. Now not only does the one ceiling fan/light not operate properly because of the water (it dried out the first time, but it appears to have blown the receiver when the issue continued), now BOTH lights in the living room can't be used because of the electrical issues caused by the water damage. I do not recommend this company, I'm afraid. Jon is great but the company does not stand behind their work and doesn't appear to care about making it right.
