I travel to see Dr. Nguyen because he is willing to help me, whilst local urologists have said nothing can be done. The staff are always friendly and when they say they'll get back to me, they do! That's a rarity in itself! As I use a wheelchair, it's a little bit harder to get there from Vegas, but I do because he's such a good doctor.

My dad wanted a second opinion and we went to USC Keck where the MD there wanted to take a very aggressive approach that included removal of an organ. He didn't even look at my dad or ask him questions. Back to Dr. Dikranian we told him of the opinion and he did not agree. We agreed with Dr. Dikranian as well. My dad had two procedures to get the situation resolved. Unfortunately my dad didn't take his medicine as prescribed and had to be taken to the ER. Dr. Dikranian was in communication with the hospitalist and the issue was promptly resolved. We are really thankful for Dr. Dikranian for his knowledge and his incredible bedside manner. We also appreciate his bilingual staff who make us feel welcome and the ease to make appointments.
