The real test of a mortgage lender is how they handle the tough cases post recession…read more My loan was not easy for them to get done. I had been to several others that did not want to put in the effort to get a new home for my family funded. This is where Lorie and Amy stepped up their game and made it happen. It was a long road with ups and downs. All the way they keep in solid communication with me and my wife. They always told the truth and did not hold back anything. I truly think that if we did not meet Lorie Gray we would still be renting. What more do I need to say? We love Lorie Gray! Tim & Anna

Although I know that Tai has many clients that she cares for, she made us feel as if we were her top priority and was there every step of the way. I was able to contact Tai at any time of day and she always responded quite quickly. Her knowledge of the industry helped to ease my nerves thru the process and she broke down every step, several times if needed. Incompetent loan officers making careless mistakes and completely wasting our time and money. We…read morereceived a pre-approved loan from David Sarto and Mike Hogan (branch manager) and began house hunting for 10 months. After numerous offers sent and over a thousand dollars worth of inspections spent, we finally found the perfect home. Four days before closing, we were informed about complications within our loan, that could have been fixed during our 10-month search. Since fixing the issue would have taken longer than 4 days, we were unable to hold on to the contract and lost the house. Due to Mike's and David's incompetency - the sellers, real estate agents, and purchasers (us) were completely neglected and deceived. Horrendous experience. Complete waste of time and money.
