They gutted the entire kitchen and rebuilt it into something that I still marvel at. The guys on the team (David, Kyle, Collin, and Angel) were great to work and communicate with--professional, timely, and a lot of fun--and they did an incredible job turning our dysfunctional, wildly outdated kitchen into one that is striking, dynamic, and beautiful. I love being in the kitchen all the time now. We also asked to add an interior paint job to the house, and they readily obliged. I highly recommend BPE for any remodel! We are pleased with our experience with Sean and his team at H Countertops. Sean was involved in…read morethe process from start to finish (he was there for the estimate, the templating, and the installation). He was also great with communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. He brought samples of quartz with him the day of the estimate, and was helpful when trying to decide what would look best in our home according to the look we were going for. We had gotten other estimates as well, and Sean worked with us on his competitive pricing, which we feel was quite fair. We chose sparkling white quartz for our kitchen countertops, butlers pantry, loft wall desk, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It was a beautiful choice, and it really brings a bright and sparkly pop to our home. His team did a great job installing all of our countertops throughout our home. They even went above and beyond to make a special cut (not an easy one!) in our backsplash for an outlet in our master bathroom that we didn't want to part with. At the end of installation, we got to go around and ask for any adjustments/leveling/extra caulking we felt was necessary. The team gladly made the adjustments, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We used Sean's recommended plumber (Lorenzo) for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the plumbing, and we are so very glad we did. Lorenzo was priced so well and fair, and he gladly came back the next day to adjust our sinks when we noticed they were slightly slanted, and not as level as we had thought they were the day before. Overall, we are happy with the choice we made in working with Sean and his team. The only downfall we would report is being the last installation on a Friday evening around 4pm. It was very apparent the team was tired after a long week, and was clear they wanted to go home after a long day. They were stuck at our home until around 7:45pm, and were getting antsy to head out (which, who wouldn't at almost 8pm on a Friday). With that said, the only thing we would recommend is to try and request an install in the beginning of the week (or mid week), and ask for the earliest possible appointment if you want to avoid a late night. Other than that, we gladly recommend their services! *We will update with photos when painting is complete.

It is hard to believe how one's life can change so drastically in only two hours. Last Christmas…read moreday my wife and I left our house to deliver some presents to friends. Our dogs went to their kennels as they always did. When we returned home, two hours later we opened the door to a house completely filled with smoke. We had an electrical fire which resulted in the loss of most of our personal belongings and our two beautiful dogs, leaving our beautiful "dream house" in shambles. I tell you all of this because I want it known that your company did so much more then providing property repair. My wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed. I truly had no idea what to do. A couple of days after the fire I had found a flyer from your company on the door of the house. I subsequently met with Chris Barnett who not only outlined what your company could provide, he showed compassion, understanding and patience. This took such a weight off of us and gave us a direction when it had appeared that all was loss. Chris was outstanding guiding us along through every step. Then Chris did the greatest thing. He provided Ray Hernandez as the superintendent for our home's repair. Ray is truly amazing! He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and hands on. Ray's attitude is always positive, caring and friendly. I have not only seen him at the house many times, he often has a tool in his hand helping with the repairs. He truly leads by example with impeccable work ethic. It always makes me feel good after talking with Ray. He keeps me in the loop and always shows compassion and understanding. I am truly grateful for all of this. Now that the house has been completed, we are finally home and the house is more beautiful than before! You can be very proud of your company. Mostly you can be very proud of Chris and Ray. They both are amazing and you are very lucky that they are the face of your company. Thank You so very much! I will always highly recommend you to anyone I know. Joseph Temple

We ended up firing him for this and hired Chris to repair the damage and make things right. He went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable and to correct the many mistakes such as crooked cabinetry, appliances that weren't installed correctly, mismatched ceiling and wall textures, etc etc. It was great having a contractor we could trust and it gave us peace of mind that things were going to be how we always wanted them. Chris is also comfortable doing small stuff such as helping me hang fake brick panels, repairing the things on our inspection list, and building a built in dog bowl holder. He really does it all which provides one stop service that is top notch quality. I feel confident recommending Chris and his team to you because without him, our kitchen would probably still be a renovation nightmare.
