Excellent dentist! During the recent visit I got routine cleaning and he fixed a small chip on my tooth. I trust Dr Morris and his work.

If you're on Medicaid don't go to him. Go to bethesda dental specialties. They're better

Always encouraging and helpful. Doesn't judge you for flossing habits that are imperfect. Great front desk staff.

Katie who used to be at front desk was great but gone now too. I am being charged $6k for round 2 of Invisalign after 20 years of dental work, my previous retainers no longer fit. Dr Tabb doesn't remeber this but she told me a couple of years before I got started on this round that it would be $4500 for Invisalign, not $6k. Quality overall good but twice I have had to come back for extra work when temp crown kept coming off and then "buttons" placed inside my mouth to hold the Invisalign trays wer so rough they greatly irritated the inside of my mouth and needed to be filed down to be tolerated. I do think they are expensive though, so now with Tabb retired I am tempted to check out other dentists in area, especially since my Kaiser Medicare plan includes Liberty Dental insurance. I have been a patient of Tabb for about 6 yeats now and I have needed extensive dental work, paying about $20k a year for the last few. Dental insurance covers so little it is almost a joke, and Tabb agreed but saif my Aetna was the best of them. $1500 a year for insurance reimbursements doesn't go very far.

Sadly, he is doing it anyway. I personally had extremely poor results. When I asked him to fit me for a new device that could potentially work, he became belligerent. This made me think that he knows that his work is subpar. Why would he not want to help a patient? I've never had such an unprofessional encounter with a dentist before.

I came in for a routine cleaning--the hygienist was good, and Dr. Nhu was friendly and professional. During the visit, they mentioned I needed a follow-up deep cleaning, a crown, and a few other things. I scheduled a follow-up appointment at the front desk and asked the receptionist to email me an estimate for the procedures. She took down my email, but I never received anything. That's a pretty basic step--no one wants to be blindsided by a big dental bill without a heads-up. I tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times to follow up, but no one ever responded. The admin side of this practice seems completely disorganized. After many failed attempts, someone finally picked up--and to my surprise, it was Dr. Greenbaum himself. Honestly, it's not a great sign when the head dentist and owner has to answer the phone at a supposedly busy office. Rather than addressing the issue, Dr. Greenbaum questioned why I left my previous dentist if he was so great--after I mentioned I'd never dealt with anything like this before. For the record, it was because my insurance changed--but that's beside the point. The issue is that the administrative team here is unresponsive and unreliable. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

I had no choice but to visit a dentist. My sister recommended Dr. Nurminsky. OMG, he was amazing. He and his staff were so calming and professional. He explained everything he was going to do before hand. I ended up getting three teeth extracted on that day. He numbed my gums, so I didn't even feel the needles. As he was extracting my teeth all I felt was a slight tug no pain at all. When he was stitching me up I felt nothing. The funny part was I thought he was stitching up the first tooth and I still had two to go but once he was finished he told me he was done. I sat up, overjoyed and told him and his assistant that I loved them. Words I never thought I would be saying to a dentist. He gave me instructions for home care which was basically to take Tylenol as soon as I got home and then when needed. As long as I kept taking my doses of Tylenol I felt absolutely no pain. As soon as my gums heal I will be making another appointment to have more work done. This is what happens when fear causes you to neglect your teeth. I'm not looking forward to my next visit but I'm no longer petrified. I only wish I had known about Dr. Nurminsky years ago. He is a miracle worker.
