SO GREAT!! They moved to a bigger space literally two building down and it is very nice as well. I came in for a cleaning and then they discovered a few things. Since then I'm glad they have been making sure I have the best and more reliable work done. My favorite thing besides the kind and professional service was the fact after my cleaning they put Vaseline on my lips. Honestly, that was the greatest feeling ever. Not only are your lips very dry when they are operating it's nice they thought to do that. I've never had anyone put Vaseline on my lips before, I was truly amazed. I will say that's the biggest reason why I stayed and will forever be a loyal client here. I already recommended this place to a few people and told them my experience. There are only women here as well and I am the biggest advocate for women in business. They all seem to be close and family orientated. Great location, great service, overall excellent experience.

Not sure how it's being run after I stopped coming here in 2016, but, they don't take insurance. They had been "submitting" to insurance as a courtesy for my family, specifically Karen who used to be at the front desk. The issue I ran into was that she checked off the box that reimbursement would go to the dentist office instead of myself. So yeah, double dipping fraud. I also never liked the fact that my crowns weren't fully finished, essentially giving him additional work in the future. I also visited his DC office as I had an emergency with my tooth breaking on a cosi sandwich.. the other dentist there decided to smack my teeth with a small metal hammer, breaking the broken one even more. Super scary, and what felt like incredibly unprofessional. Due to never getting any of my out of pocket payments reimbursed, I started digging and raising flags and asking why and how much I had sent via check vs how much they charged me. I gave them 3 months to "research" this and they instead, gave me a single page sheet with payments made, none of which had check numbers, original costs billed, etc. Instead of bringing a lawsuit, I decided to leave and find a new dentist. My new dentist had to send me for a root canal on the crown Dr. Tigani did as he left a sizeable hole due to not fitting the crown properly. Instead of fixing it, he said "let's watch it". The new dentist realized the damage that was done I've since had 7 root canals all from fillings that have failed from Dr. tigani's practice. It was also a relief going to a new dentist that actually checks the jaw, gives you sunglasses to protect your eyes, and actually TAKES INSURANCE. Besides the office of DR. Tigani not being professional, the parking lot is one of the worst I've ever been to. Gave me anxiety that I was going to run into one of the columns. I cannot honestly recommend Dr. Tigani. I also do not like the fact that he puts emphasis on getting golden crowns (I never did this) and he believes you don't need your back molars (have been told he recommends removal). I've spoken to countless professionals that go against these practices. If you want an old school, out dated, 90s style dentist that will charge you an arm and a leg and ensure he sets up your dental hygiene for future work.. this is the doc for you.

I went to this clinic seeking help, but I received absolutely none. Do not take your children here; the clinic employs unprofessional people who won't provide the care you need from a dentist. He showed me how to floss and explained what the options would be if the tooth fell apart. Dr. Rezaiyan was honest, sincere, and warm, and seemed very knowledgeable. The receptionist (Anna) behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, rude undesirable and unwanted. When I asked for the documentation for the office visit, she simply shook her head back and forth (NO) and then stated (NO) it will take 60 days for an approval from the insurance company. Obviously, this seemed odd with myself and my husband as we witness this tactful behavior because dentist offices always provide an estimated fees and verbiage of the initial consultation for planning purposes. If this was an emergency, am assuming 60 days for the procedure? After speaking with Aetna for clarification, the dental office should provide patients copies of their documentation, consultation/x-rays, etc. Therefore, a call was placed to the dentist office requesting the documentations, etc., instead, I received a disturbing email from Dr. Maurice Haynes wife stating: "I was not a fit for their office" and attached the x-rays and not the consultation verbiage. Her being in a leadership position and professional setting, shows this was an undeserving approach that should have been investigated and utilized the customer services tactics to provide a resolution to the situation, not discard a patient for simply requesting a copy of the office visit because this is very alarming. The owners (dentist) response to the patients is that, she can't let her patients treat her employees any kind of way because they can report her and she can loose her practice, which is totally understandable but it does not excuse your employees to treat patients any kind of way and provide mediocre services. What's funny is they knew who they would try when it came to this cancellation fee, I had the biggest red flag on my first visit. Two patients had walked in a bit late and them being able to fit them in said "nope we can't see you" when they left, I heard the staff saying that "they are always late and that's why they didn't want to see them so they had to pay the fee and have to R/S" as I can understand both sides it also seems like the office staff has an agenda because if you can see them why not see them THINGS HAPPEN. Now my husband was also a patient with them and the day of one of his appointments he ended up having to spend the day in the Urgent care where they determined he had pneumonia, his phone had Broke like a day before so we were waiting for a replacement, he was unable to call to R/S or cancel his appointment 48 hours before because he didn't plan not to go to his appointment and i literally had to go back and forth with them to remove the $50 fee (the average person does not make $50 an hour). Long story short, when I spoke with them I had asked them to cancel any upcoming appointment and they said okay, later on they said I never cancel his appointment a week after he was diagnosed with pneumonia (doesn't make sense to me that I would've left the appt there but okay) I don't remember whether I did or not so we ended up paying that fee (had a lot going on that week), the beginning of November I myself had an appointment but my ins is not currently active so I CALLED THEM to move some appointments around with the requested amount of time to be able to cancel if needed and not have to pay a cancellation fee, I moved some of my husband appointments to the time I had and another cancellation they had available, why was his copay not informed of at that moment I'm not sure but we received a text message from the office at 2:21 pm on November 6th when his appointment was at 3 pm November 7th, tell how would I be able to provide them with a 48 hour cancellation notice when you barely gave me 24 hour noticed of a $242 copay when my copay is usually no more than $30. When I called them and made the person that answered the phone logically think for once in her life, she felt offended and called back to say me and my husband were dismissed from their office, when I asked why, she proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful, when I asked her how was I disrespectful she couldn't come up with an excuse so she told me that everyone has their own definition of disrespect. So I went as far as emailing the office because you can go play with someone else (still waiting for a response so they can take accountability), if they were not "WRONG" after dismissing me and my husband why would they send HIM a message asking him to call back so they can discuss his appointments with him and not me.
