So he does the cheapest repairs. They wanna charge so much and do so little. They buy new Tesla trucks and rub it in peoples faces. The workers that work for them pay them Pennie's. They use no company truck they have sadans, and rental cars do their delievers. But yet that have brand new cars. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRODUCT WHEN BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Yipes ... once again, actually twice again I have been bamboozled. Won a leather chair then got…read moreinto a bidding war for the one ottoman that went with it (paid more for the ottoman than the chair, ugh) only to find that the chair wasn't the leather chair as advertised, but the linen version which I didn't want (and the ottoman to which I also didn't bid on) so I'm left with a mismatched set, $760. I left it at the warehouse and am hoping they refund me for their mistake at best, false advertising/fraud at worst. Again .. only buy what you SEE PHOTOGRAPHED because they don't check inside the boxes, and they tend to err on the side of 'more valuable.' My other issue was late last month, I won an 'appears new, overstock item, never sold' Christmas tree, only to get it home to find one giant section missing and no base. (also, clearly a customer return because it still had the guy's return address on the box) No biggie, $15 and a Saturday of driving. I bid on the same tree a few weeks later and got it for $20, and between the two of them, I Frankensteined together a reasonable tree. I never complained about the tree, but I've written to customer service about the wrong chair, which I left at the warehouse and I hope someone figures out quick enough to offer it as a 2nd chance to the people I was bidding against ... and give me my money back.

Wayfair is currently out of stock, so I did a search on the desk to see if it's carried elsewhere. There were other websites that carried it for more but then I found the website for this store and for a similar price as Wayfair. I called to see if they had it in stock at the store and wanted to pick it up today. The first person who picked up, did not speak any english at all and had no idea what I was trying to ask. The second person said, "their website is not working". Which I understand, but I just wanted to know if they had that desk I am interested in, so I don't have to make a drive there if they don't. All he said was, I have to go look to see if they have it in store because the website was down. I asked several times if I could give him the model name and number to check whether or not they currently have it. Then, all of a sudden he hung up....At this point I would rather wait for Wayfair to have the item back in stock than to buy it from this store considering how rude they are....there goes an easy $300 they could have made today.

They've had to come to my home 3 TIMES already and only take a portion of the sectional saying they will makes sure everything is secure. Then return it only to have the happen AGAIN & AGAIN!!! Now, James whom works at BOTH OF THESE AFFILIATED COMPAMIES, this store "Casa Grand", the store "The Sofa Place Furniture," the supposed customer service team (some guy James had call me after trying to track him down for OVER A WEEK with no reply into this guy Jonathan called) will NOT EVEN ANSWER the phone to help me!!! I payed close to 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS for faulty furniture, horrible treatment and disrespect of the lowest form. I don't know if it's because I'm female they believe they can walk all together Vee me but this is NOT IN THE LEAST accent behavior from a furniture company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THE SOFA PLACE!!!!
