Once ownership changed hands, we quickly knew the shop was in good hands. I have trusted them with every car we owned, old and new, Honda, Dodge, Chrysler and more. Bill will make sure you get a thorough inspection. He will listen carefully and ask good questions and will only suggest repairs that he knows are needed. Sherry is great on the phone and remembers who you are with personal customer service that's nearly impossible to find these days. Our Honda Odyssey van went through a period of 7 tires in 11 months thanks to road construction and dumb bad luck. They were great to get me in and out, to be honest about whether a tire could be patched or needed to be replaced. The van now has 292,000 miles and is going strong! Bill and his crew have repaired vacuum systems, broken hoses and belts, AC work, and even a TPM on a stubborn old Dodge Nitro. He says what he means and means what he says. Trust them for quality car care and honest prices.

A family member went here and was told their brakes were needing to be done urgently. The LOWEST pad was at 5.5mm. Replacement is recommended at 3mm and very urgent at 2mm. This was still another 20,000 miles off of needing a brake job. Also, I went to go take the wheels off and noticed my Milwaukee 1/2 High Torque Impact was struggling so I checked the torque on the wheel nuts; I picked two random ones and they both came out to 210 FT-LBS. The factory says 85 ft.-lbs and a lot of tire shops just do a standard 100 ft-lbs. THESE PEOPLE TORQUED THESE WHEELS TO 2.5X THE SPECIFICATIONS! I wouldn't be surprised if they had an actual silverback gorilla controlling the impact. DISHONEST, SCAM ARTISTS, DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY PUT A WHEEL ON A CAR!!!
