This office is all about money, not compassion, empathy or patient care…read more The reason I say that is, I called this morning to readjust my physical therapy schedule and they said there would be a charge because I'm missing today's appointment which I have scheduled out through September. I explained my daughter is having an emergency tonsillectomy surgery this morning @ physicians regional Hospital because her throat is bleeding and she couldn't breathe Tina the horrible front office staff person just argued with me and told me that's their policy. even after knowing it was an emergency tonsillectomy, her position remained the same. In addition i reminded her I had been a shoulder surgery patient of Dr. Guerra's - she just raised her voice and said that's policy Then I called upstairs and Tia gave me the same nonsense Good doctors, horrible staff

I had a shoulder replacement done by the dr, I remember the initial appointment went well. I…read more Had severe arthritis that would not allow me to raise my arm over my head. The one question he asked me was what did I want to achieve from the surgery. wow i was sold. I told him I would love to be able to play catch with my grandchildren. the doctor assured me this would be the result. To date I am unable to pick up and throw a ping pong ball more then a couple of feet without excruciating pain. After a year of therapy and visitations he recommended more cortisone treatment. A year of therapy and over $100000 in charges I get to watch my grandchildren play catch with my neighbors

I like this location because it's close to my home. I also like this practice because you can see a doctor on the same day you call. My first interaction with Dr. Bello was positive. He took the time to examine my foot. Then made some adjustments to my toe. Made some recommendations as to the care of the foot. I have a follow-up visit in a few days to discuss the results of some tests performed on my legs, which is why we are currently at four stars. We are unsure of the outcome of the follow-up visit. note update to 5

They made an appointment almost immediately for me, and when I went to the center I dealt with Claudel and Desiree, both very friendly and highly professional. I was given an x-ray of the toe and foot within 10 minutes of my visit and shortly there after Dr. Powers came in to discuss my situation with me . I found Dr. Powers friendly, knowledgeable, informative and caring. He listened discussed treatment and I was very confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Powers schedule a follow up of this it within two weeks. Shortly after my visit the foot and toe was feeling so much better with the treatment and by the time I did the follow up visit, there was no pain and no swelling. Dr. Powers and his team did a fantastic job I would recommend them to anyone in the Naples area. Note before and after!

Which has never been a problem before. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

When I asked him why, he said he didnt really "care" about covid. I told him that this is not about him, but about patient care, doing what is best for the patients and that as a healthcare professional he should know better. He then proceeded to ask me if I had a medical degree. I couldn't believe the nerve. I explained to him that I did, and that in the hospital where I work everyone wears a mask. The fact that he goes from patient to patient doing X-rays exposing everyone to whatever he has is extremely irresponsible. If he doesn't care about covid its one thing, but when you are seeing patients you have a responsibility to the people you are caring for, period. There are people who are immunocompromised or elderly. After he left the room, I could hear him complaining to the girl in the front desk (who was also not wearing a mask) and she said that finally "someone understood her". Maybe she also thinks she doesn't need to wear a mask, even though she is seeing every single patient who comes in! I do not get it, if you dont want to do what is best for the patients, then go work somewhere else. Wearing a mask is not only about you, it is about protecting those who are more vulnerable. The rest of the staff including Dr.Ray wore a mask the whole time. At the end, when it was time to make a follow up appointment, we rushed out because the girl in the front gave us a dirty look and I didnt want to be exposed to irresponsible people.
