I found Kelly Malinoski's office based on Google reviews. I was looking for podiatrist that offers shockwave therapy for plantar fasciitis. Not many podiatrist do,most would just want to keep giving cortisone shots(forever) The office building was nice, staff courteous, nice clean waiting room. My appointment was for 10am. I arrived promptly at 10,there was a few pages of paper work to fill out. I was called in about 10:30am. The assistant was nice, she took more information from me and did an x-ray on my foot. After that Doctor Malinoski took over. She listened to me,analyzed the x-ray,and let me know of my treatment options and success rate. She was not pushing me to start on cortisone shots, but explained me how they can work for certain patients. She gave me a clear price of the shockwave therapy and the amount of sessions I will need, she also informed me what to expect after the treatment. I have high hopes to heal my plantar fasciitis with the shockwave therapy after several people around me had great success. By the time I was leaving the office, the waiting room was packed,at least 10 people were sitting around. I assume that is a good sign. I'll do more reviews after my treatments are completed. read more

I had a hammer toe that has been bothering me for years and Dr. Malinoski did a procedure in her office that was painless and took only 10 minutes. I had other doctors tell me I would have to get the bones cut and would have a long recovery. ĎR. Kelly is amazing and so polite. He staff is extremely friendly also. read more

My wife was seen for a foot injury and we were told multiple times that times that they accept our insurance and are on the insurance plan. To our surprise, after the visit they were not on the insurance plan and they are billing us for the entire amount of the bill, with no discount for having insurance. We will never go back and cannot recommend her as a doctor. read more

Never Again - Stay Away New patient - I arrived early with completed paperwork including Insurance Cards and ID. After 30 minutes she told me that she could not verify my Medicare coverage. She instructed me to call Medicare which I did so immediately at the office. Medicare confirmed coverage but receptionist refused to accept verbal confirmation. Receptionist demanded an email confirmation which was not allowed by Medicare rules. Instead, Medicare advised receptionist to call the "Provider Line" which would confirm coverage. Receptionist refused to call the Provider Line claiming she would have to push too many buttons and could be on the line too long. Besides it was their lunchtime even thought I had arrived early for a 10:30 AM appointment. Receptionist advised it was too late to see the Doctor even if Medicare confirmation could be secured. But she still refused to call Medicare Provider Line for confirmation of coverage. Went to another provider within 30 minutes and they were able to confirm Medicare coverage in 1 minute. This is the first time a provider was not able to confirm Medicare coverage in the 12 years I have had Medicare Insurance. The receptionist was rude, condescending, disrespectful and arrogant. If this is the way I was treated by the receptionist, I did not want to see how I would be treated by the Doctor. After such a frustrating experience over nearly 2 hours, I slammed the door and left believing that I had escaped sheer disaster. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! read more

Rude office! My husband, who happens to be blind, had an appointment this afternoon. He uses the local KAT transportation to travel to appointments and did so today. He was dropped off early, which is good because he there is usually paperwork with new doctors. Well, he was told that because he could not fill out his own paperwork he could not see the doctor. He is BLIND!! No one in that office would assist him in completing the paperwork. Therefore, he never saw the doctor. He is a very independent 62 year old man. He has never had problems going to appointments on his own and receiving assistance if needed. I have no words!! It takes a special kind of person to refuse to assist a blind person!!! Please note, your reply to my review is a lie. First of all we were never told where to find paperwork on line. Second, most important, you need to educate yourself and your staff on ADA laws. read more

REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT  Kelly Malinoski, DPM Patient Reviews Voted Top Doctor 2021 Superior Foot And Ankle Care For The Entire Family (3.8) Overall Rating Write a Review 24 Ratings & Reviews Here's what our satisfied patients are saying... Donna Y Dr. Kelly is the best by far. I came to her on recommendation from a friend as a 2nd opinion, then chose her immediately for my foot care. I had to have 3 surgeries at once, the 1st doctor I went to only noticed 1 of the injuries, it was Dr. Kelly's attention to detail that caught the others. If I hadn't gone to her, I would've continued to be in pain and be looking for more surgeries. Her professionalism is above reproach and she's so personable, it's hard not to love her. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend her to anyone in need of any kind of foot related injuries. Thanx so much Dr. Kelly for my journey back to health and walking without pain or limping read more

Ouch! I had 2 surgeries on my heel and foot in 2 months (couldn't walk used a scooter). Dr Kelly was fantastic, passionate, caring,. She listens and responds right away with any concerns. She will take the time if you want. Feet are VERY important so make sure you see Dr. Kelly. read more

FYI - unscrupulous practice. I met with dr Malinowski on 2/5 for consult and to book hammertoe surgery. I informed her of the window of time I had here in Fla , anything after 3/7 and told her I was leaving mid April . The surgery was booked for 3/7 which gave me plenty of weeks for follow up care. I was billed out of pocket $250 for a scheduling fee, never heard of that but I paid. On March 4 the office called me and cancelled the appointment for 3/7 and wanted to rebook me 4/2. I told her that wouldn't work since I was leaving Fla mid April and would not be there for follow up. I requested my $250 back and was told it was not returnable . I told her I wasn't the one to cancel the appt therefore I should get my $250 returned. She asked when I would be back in florida and I told her Jan 2025. She said I could use the $250 when I returned . I told her I could not wait 9 months I was in pain. I am going to contact Florida Health and file a complaint read more

Dr. Malinowski saved my vacation. My wife and I were spending a month in Naples, Florida when my Plantar Fasciitis flared up in both heels. I called the doctor and she was able to see me the next day. She gave me cortisone shots in both heels and had me come back in two weeks before we left for home for a followup. I could barely walk before seeing her and in two days the pain was gone and my vacation was saved. read more

If I could give more than 10+ stars for Dr. Malinoski, I would. During 2022, Dr. Kelley Malinoski performed surgery on both of my feet - separate dates. On both occasions she showed me x-rays, took the time to talk trough the X-rays, and told me exactly what to expect for surgery, likely / potential outcomes, recovery times, and then allowed me the time and space needed to sort through my options. Once I had my surgery she called me to check in and also provided me with her personal cell number. I DID take advantage of the personal cell one of the weekends. Foot surgery is no joke, but I could not be more pleased. So what sets her apart from other doctors???? 1) INTEGRITY and HONESTY. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but she was honest and forthright. 2). DOWN TO EARTH.... She is a humble, on-your-level-person -- will give you as much or as little information as you want. 3) CARING. I walked out of the office after the first visit and thought "Wow... I could be friends with this person". She is just that smart and nice, and has honesty and integrity taboot!!!. When introducing my daughter she addressed herself as "Kelly". A LOT of education goes into being a doctor (a specialized one that that) and here she says "Hi, I'm Kelly". 4). PASSIONATE. I think Dr.Malinoski can do bunion and other surgeries in her sleep.... But when I asked her about another foot question, her already beautiful personality LIT UP and I saw so much passion. I got a foot education that day on something that is not even a foot issue I have. Who doesn't like to see their Dr. beam with excitement to help you make your feet problems go away so you can go about doing the things you love!!!?? Anyway... I can't say enough. I've met more than my share of Doctors who appear to not care, are short with response, sometimes non-responsive, or even "cold" or other. I have also been misdiagnosed a few times. I take my health seriously -- me in my older years but I wanted to continue hiking and biking into my 90s without pain. read more

Florida is a Free and Red state, and we don't listen to the liars and crazy asses running the cdc!.

Trust me, she does not care about you. When asked why no one in her medical office was wearing a mask during a global pandemic, the response was "because it is not mandatory". As a medical professional treating mostly at risk patients (there were several patients in the waiting room over the age of 70), wearing a mask should not even be a question. Medical practitioners should be setting the standard, not slipping through the cracks Florida's inept governor has created. Someone who can not even attempt to protect her patients, certainly should not be trusted to treat them. This is not a political issue, this is basic human decency to care for one another. read more

Dr. Kelly, has been wonderful. When I left Chicago, to come to Naples, I left an extraordinary podiatrist, only to find a better one. Wendy has taken care of numerous issues and recently did a surgical repair that now allows me to walk barefoot, on hard surfaces, for the first time in over 20 years. Her office is caring and very responsive, even during "season", I urge you to try Dr Malinoski, she's the best. 4/29/19...... An update. Yesterday I was able to do something for the first time, since I have been in Naples. I went to the beach, barefoot. It was the best, and without Kelly, and her staff, this wouldn't have been possible. read more

Worst doctor EVER! I accidentally missed an appointment and begged that she waive the no show fee and let me reschedule. $125!!! This is outrageous! I called many times and was very nice. I am very happy with the work of Dr. Malinowski. She is pleasant to work with and takes excellent care of my problem toenails. I wish I could take her home to New Jersey. CORRCT THAT. I just received a bill from her office. Their charge for nail debridement was $95,considerably more than I pay here in NJ and then they had the incredible gall to charge $154.11 for what they callled an office fee. That is, they say, when the Dr. walks into the room the fee is automatically applied! In my 84 years I have never heard of such thievery. Skip this one. read more

I want to recommend that readers utilize Kelly for podiatric concerns; bunions, ganglia, ingrown toenails etc. For Achilles' tendons, foot and ankle reconstruction see an orthopedic foot surgeon. A doctor who constantly deals with complex issues. The 5 hours I spent in surgery would have been a lot less with a foot orthopedic surgeon. I had 2 Achilles surgeries done by Kelly. The second was a complete separation of the tendon after a exploratory surgery by Kelly. My gastrocnemius(calf muscle)also tore after the 1st surgery. 42 staples. My scar is gruesome. I walk with a limp. I wish I had the sense to have used a orthopedic foot surgeon. But I am passing this wisdom on to you. She also did a 5 hour subtaler fusion surgery on my left foot which has turned into a different mess. The flatfoot was never addressed so it has collapsed and the foot is 1.5 inches larger than the right. FooIishly, I trusted that a physician would never over reach their ability. read more

My first visit with Dr Malinoski brought some short term relief to a problem that I was having with my right foot. Dr Malinoski advised me that I could return after 30 days for an additional injection to allow for continued relief for that foot. I did return 6 weeks later (well beyond Dr Malinoski's 30 day minimum suggestion) and I was greeted by what seemed to be a completely different Doctor. The Dr Malinoski I experienced as a follow up visit was quite a bit hostile towards me and I ended up leaving her office in tears and without the follow up treatment. I ended up at a new podiatrist the very next day and I have received successful continued treatment for my foot problem which now appears to be completely resolved by my new Podiatrist without further pain or incident. Perhaps I caught Dr Malinoski on a bad day, however her manners and attitude towards me during that follow up visit was disturbing and upsetting at best. I am pushing 50 years old and have never once had such a hostile encounter from a medical provider. I will certainly not return to Dr Malinoski nor will I recommend her to others. read more

Do not go to Dr. Malinoski. She is not a caring doctor. I was warned she has a poor bedside manner. But as an RN with a Master's degree, I was impressed with her credentials. I had to wait 45 minutes for my first 2 appointments. Today I was 10 minutes late signing in. I had held the door for 1 of her elderly patients and then had to wait for him to slowly register before I could sign in. I saw on the sign in sheet that I was not the only 9:15 appointment. After signing in and waiting 10 minutes, I was advised I had to reschedule because I was late. Dr. Malinoski would not even talk to me so I could explain the situation. I live 30 minutes away and have a broken foot. A caring, compassionate doctor would not make a patient with a broken foot reschedule for being a few minutes late-especially when she has multiple 9:15 appointments. It is a bit of walk from the parking lot to her 5th floor office and requiring me to do that again shows a lack of concern for me, my safety and well being. As others have reported, she and her staff don't wear masks in spite of CDC recommendations. Another example of her lack of concern for her patients' safety and well being. I would give her no stars if that were an option. read more

The worst. Equipment not sterile, yells at staff which has constant turnover. Fees are outrageous. I am a diabetic and my dr. Up north was always able to trim my nails and Bill Medicare because of my diabetes. This Dr charges towards your unmet deductible instead of the normal CoPay on your insurance policy/card. You have to call back and request the difference back. If you care about your health at all, do NOT go to this office. I have my own experience to share, but also a family member of mine went into the office and had a very poor experience as well. Prior to my appointment, I called the office to verify that the staff, and the doctor, would be wearing masks. The receptionist (who I quite frankly cannot believe Kelly chose to represent her business) told me "umm no I'm not wearing a mask, I'm just at the front desk, I'll ask the doctor." Then, Kelly herself told me on the phone that she "sometimes wears a mask, sometimes not, and that she's not 100% for masks." Imagine being a medically trained professional, who doesn't understand science and doesn't take guidance from the CDC. The receptionist (who is disrespectful as well) is coming into contact with every patient, should 100% be masked, and so should the doctor. This isn't a grocery store, this is a MEDICAL OFFICE in a town primarily of elderly, at risk people. I have a compromised immune system myself, so I decided to cancel my appointment (after initially agreeing to come in if she wore a mask- but then decided against, as I cannot support a business of this kind) and share my disdain of the no mask policy, which Kelly interrupted and raised her voice at me when I explained I would be cancelling due to her anti mask policy. Doctor's are supposed to be educated professionals, who's job it is to help and assist people in BETTERING their health. Clearly that is not Kelly's goal, she'd rather risk her business success and her patient's health to make a political statement. May be time for a new job, considering health is clearly not your priority. read more

I have been there On July 24th 2018 for an ingrown nail and they charged me $854. They told me they could not do the matrixectomy (kill the part of the root where the nail has the problem so it does not grow back anymore) because there was an infection. They did not give me any antibiotic and told me it was going to be fine. All I needed to do was supposedly have the nail growing back a little so they could do the matrixectomy at some point. Sure enough infection problem was not solved as they said. I had to be back on August 13th because it was infected and doctor said that supposedly she forgot a piece of a nail "there" that was still causing the infection. They charged me again$214. Again no antibiotic was prescribed. A week after infection was still there! I had to call them and basically beg them to give me an antibiotic so infection could go away which they did after being difficult about it. I took the antibiotic and the infection was down. I went to see a specialist in Miami on August 30th and with $250 dollars he did the matrixectomy (which he did not have to wait for any nail to grow back). Actually as I suspected he confirmed my fears. It wasn't a piece of a nail that they forgot to take out. It was just the nail that was growing back and causing the infection. He had again to clean up my toe and performed matrixectomy right there. I also have 2 free follow-up. Short story: They are extremely expensive and with my personal experience I just found them to be very incompetent . They don't look at me as a patient but just as a source of money. Worst experience ever. read more

I anticipated having my doctor up North perform surgery on both of my feet for bunions and hammer toes. I am so glad my husband saw Dr. Malinoski's ad in the newspaper last spring. I met with Dr. Malinoski before returning North and we planned my surgeries for Fall of 2016. I am seven weeks out from my first surgery (five weeks from second surgery) and I have the prettiest feet...I can't wait to show them off in sandals. Dr. Malinoski was very thorough, she made sure my husband and I understood the surgeries, answered all of questions in layman's terms and never rushed thru an appointment.
