My previous dr agreed to help me until I could find a replacement due to my spine injury. Office let me nearly run entirely out of medication before contacting me telling me Dr couldn't help me. He only does injections. I'm diabetic and unfortunately cannot have injections. (All was included in paperwork I filled out weeks ago) to which they ask me if I'd like to keep my appointment to be referred out again. (I pay out of pocket so this was insult to injury) I don't want to be horribly in pain waiting for another dr. That isn't how good pain management works. Anyway. Just watch your scheduling with this office and make sure you don't end up in a bad spot like they left me.

Nichole Miller APRN was extremely helpful and caring. I did not find anyone to be rude as some of the other reviews say. It is unfair to the practice if one employee is having a bad day. My injections have been pretty painless and well attended by the staff before, during and after. They make sure you are good to go before you head out. Rarely do you wait. He stands alone so he is not restricted by practice policy to only recommend what is controlled by a group practice. Love that. He also knows about his entire practice so he can answer insurance questions too! He regulates patients appointments so that you are not waiting in a crowded room forever either. After calling my primary care doctor he suggested I go to the ER right away. Had it not been for Dr. Scott that blood clot could have broken loose and killed me! The one question he asked me was what did I want to achieve from the surgery. wow i was sold. I told him I would love to be able to play catch with my grandchildren. the doctor assured me this would be the result.To date I am unable to pick up and throw a ping pong ball more then a couple of feet without excruciating pain. After a year of therapy and visitations he recommended more cortisone treatment. A year of therapy and over $100000 in charges I get to watch my grandchildren play catch with my neighbors
