STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do sloppy, incomplete work. I paid $48 for an interior/exterior wash - NOT including the extra cash tip I left in the tip box. I specifically requested vacuuming and cleaning of upholstery, floor mats, and dashboard. I had some severe upholstery staining. I didn't expect the stains to fully come out, but it's clear that they didn't even TRY to clean them, even a little. The upholstery was not even damp. And there are floor and other areas that are still FILTHY. This place is awful. This is what my car interior still looks like $48 plus tip later. What a ripoff. UPDATE: I just noticed that the cashier, "Sergio," never specified "upholstery cleaning" on my receipt. I don't know if it was supposed to be included in the original package, but I do recall I had tried to pay for just the $16 basic wash and all other services à la carte because I wanted certain ones (upholstery cleaning) and not others (clearcoat and fancy tire treatments). He said the $40 wash package had everything I needed except the interior mats, which I could add à la carte, so I did that. But he also seemed not very attentive to what I was asking for. I had to keep repeating my specific cleaning requests -- and yet still ended up with a dirty car. read more

Always a good car wash. This past weekend I selected the full inside and out cleaning for $42. The team did a GREAT job with the inside cleaning. I couldn't be happier! read more

I'm surprised by the low-ish reviews. Looks like they are mostly from many years ago. This is my go-to car wash in town. For $40 they do inside and out and are always reasonable and efficient. Of course it's not the same as a full-blown detail, but it's a convenient local spot and they always seem to care. read more

Very efficient and friendly staff. I had borrowed a friend's car while I was in the shop and wanted to get it cleaned before returning. They did a stellar job and quick! read more

Service, speed, price, proximity to home. My family has been coming to this car wash for years!

Best Car Wash in Sonoma County, Amazing Service & Fair Prices! After moving from the Peninsula, where I used to get my car washed quite often, I have to say that Jolly Washer Car Wash is the best and fairly priced indoor/exterior car wash service I've found anywhere! The quality of their work is outstanding, and I love that they offer a discount when you get gas and a wash. As a parent who commutes and practically lives in my car, the crumbs are endless, and every single time I leave Jolly Washer, my car feels brand new. The staff is friendly, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They work fast but never cut corners, and the attention to detail is impressive. Honestly, I cannot believe this place doesn't have 5 stars! The service is top-notch every single time. Huge thanks to the team at Jolly Washer for keeping my car clean and fresh. Highly recommend! read more

Great service, staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I always come back to this carwash because I like how they leave my car clean and fresh smelling. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for not having to do it myself. read more

They clearly do not give a shit. $40 for a car wash- 7/26/26, 415pm- and it was Still Dirty. I tried to point out the spots which I hate to do...like, now I'm the jerk... the worker calls over guy who I guess is in charge...doesn't understand or acts like he doesn't understand a word of English...kept waving me away saying "Listo" which means ready....or basically, we're not doing another thing. So I switch to Spanish to see if it would help but no, he simply walks away. Walks away. read more

Not sure why the negative reviews. I get my truck washed here all the time and I've never had an issue. They do a good job and have always been friendly... Now if we can only do something about those gas prices, but that's a whole different topic lol read more

The prices continue to rise, the quality is worse. Apparently they can do this due to lack of competition. read more

What a great auto detail! I was a little aprehensive about going here, as their prices were half of what I was quoted somewhere else to give a full detail to a car that was VERY grungy, but I am VERY happy! The head car wash and detail guy, Christian, was very nice, he guaranteed the car would look like new, and he was right. For $100 he transformed an extremely dirty car with YEARS worth of dirt, gravel, coffee stains, and everything else, to one that looked like it had just come from the showroom floor. I am very happy. They spent about 3 hours doing it. And to top it off, I came with a bunch of one dollar bills as a tip, gave them directly to Christian, and he simply handed the money to the guys actually doing the work, and said they are the ones who deserve it. Bravo Jolly wash, you have my business for life. read more

Good god this is a bad car wash. Maybe the 2.5 star rating on yelp should have been a clue. $35 and they finish your vehicle in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe what they returned to me. Bird sh** still everywhere. Dirt still everywhere. Give me a break. If Sonoma had a single other car wash this place would be bankrupt. Guess I will drive to Napa from now on. Total waste of money. read more

My car needed a little TLC, so when I saw the first car wash I decided to stop and take a break to clean it up before our road trip. Really inexpensive and easy, I paid $8 for a simple wash. At the end a guy comes around and finishes off your mirrors and lights. Well worth it and took no time at all! read more

Way overpriced. $33 for interior and exterior wash. I always have streaks on my car afterwards. Our car is literally still dirty. I will avoid this place as much as I can for these reasons. read more

Jolly Washer 76 - Streaks after they "dried it off" - Car Wash Near Me - Sonoma, California

I borrowed my parents euro van for a camping trip with my family and absolutely destroyed the inside. After receiving a bunch of high quotes and people not interested I decided to go to Jolly Washer. They gave me a straight forward quote and went above and beyond. Sergio and his team made the van look like the day my parents bought it. I definitely recommend them for getting tough stains out. I was surprised and very happy with the service start to finish. read more

Paid $33 for a full device car wash. After good otero and the drive through wash, 5 of their workers spent another 15-20 minutes all over every detail of my SUV in 103 degree heat. Excellent work. Very clean and super friendly. read more

Do not let the gas station approach fool you. I have a Lexus SUV. After two Oregon camping trips took it here. After they were completed with the detailing and shampooing rugs, my car looks better than the day I bought it. I will definitely go back. Very professional and friendly. A 5 star. read more

Brought my car for detailing and it looked better than new when they were finished. Very attentive and courteous crew. Will be back soon.

Unfortunately they are the only place in town that will do interiors and one of only two car washes in town. Just watched someone moving the car in front of me with the E-brake clearly still on. I wont go into long detail but if you can go anywhere else, I recommend doing so. What a seriously terrible business! read more

This place is awful! Just spent $33 for their "premium wash" to have my car covered in bugs still and water marks all over, barely dusted the inside even though it says they apply armor all. Would even give me my money back even though they could visibly see it was still dirty!! read more

I took my car in to be detailed so I can sell it. I paid $100. Windows were water stained and streaked. They never vacuumed or cleaned rear and passenger seats. Never again will I take my car to them. read more

I took my 2016 Dodge Ram pickup with very clean interior exterior came out of it with spots all over the body and not what I expected

This place thinks it's the only game in town: no attention to detail inside or out! Same spots on the sunroof as before the wash. Same dirt on the console and dashboard. I paid for the premium service and got ZERO VALUE FOR MY MONEY. Thirty two dollars and a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

this place is the best! friendly faces and great job done every time.

I have given these guys several chances and after this last wash I decided I won't be going back. I took my new car (it's not a huge job) for two reasons 1. Finger prints in the back window and 2. Bugs in the front from a long drive. I was disappointed to find a lot of bugs left on the front bumper (totally noticeable), a bird dropping on driver door was partially wiped off, the interior was poorly vacuumed, not sure if the dash was even wiped and the inside of the windows were not even touched. I decided I would not be overly critical of the bugs and the poor vacuum job however, when I was headed home I saw the back window and all the finger prints. I left the car for over an hour while I visited the shopping center next door so they really did have time to provide me with the wash I paid fo I'm not unreasonable and will only leave negative comments if truly justified. I do really like the workers so it bums me out. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They scratched the hell out of my paint job then spilt chemical on my stereo which made the screen foggy and cracked! Initially the owner of the car wash completely excepted responsibility. Once confronted with the quote to fix the damages he basically gave me the bird. He spoke to me like a thug using words like homey and dog. I took him to court and won because the video clearly showed them in the front of my vehicle desperately trying to clean the spill on my stereo. The owner has yet to pay me! Tell your friends to not use Jolly Washer! read more

On Nov 29th I had my car detailed at Jolly Washer on Sonoma Highway in Sonoma. There was a small dime size chip in my windshield prior to taking it in. They inspected my car before the wash (never said anything about the chip). They were to call me after 4 hours for me to pick it up. After 4 and a half hours I called them and the lady said it had just been finished. When I came in to pick it up the cashier immediately went to the back of the store and I could hear her talking to someone (although I couldn't hear what they were talking about, I thought nothing of it except put off for the abrupt way that she left when I arrived) She came back with the keys (I paid when I dropped it off) and told me my car was in back. I went to the back to see that my windshield had a huge (14 inch or so) crack in it. They played dumb when questioned about it. I was told to contact Angelo the store manager he would be in Tuesday thru Saturday or Christian who would be in on Monday. Being that it was a Sunday, I waited until Monday to call. At this point Monday morning before taking my son to school there was rain and I turned on my windshield wipers and my right wiper blade fell off. I called shortly after to speak to Christian who prompted me to bring the car in for Angelo to see on Tuesday, Dec. 1st. I did and Angelo, who was not at all friendly took pictures and looked at the windshield wiper. He told me that he would give the pictures and information to Miguel, the owner. Today one week later, Miguel finally got back to me through voicemail saying that they would not be liable for the crack. My husband called back and he told him there was absolutely nothing that he was going to do for us. When asked about the windshield wiper blade he condescendingly asked my husband if he wanted them to pay for a wiper blade. He even told my husband that they took pictures of the chip in the windshield prior to the detail and talked to someone about it which is COMPLETELY bogus. I would never have taken my car there if I would have known the possible consequences. They have zero customer service skills and there work was not worth the $200 I paid. I looked at the yelp reviews and there seems to be a pattern of arrogance at this place. I ask that you guys take your business elsewhere if at all possible because they are not willing to make amends when they are clearly in the wrong. I have been going there for years getting my gas and car wash done (with the discount they offer) I will definitely not be going back ever again. read more

Jolly Washer 76 - "Detail" that was added to my car by the Jolly Washer - Car Wash Near Me - Sonoma, California

I have several cars and unfortunately no other options for a full service carwash in Sonoma. The wash jobs are fair to decent. This place seriously needs some competition.. read more

This Carwash is staffed by rude and careless people. I have come here many times before to get a quick exterior wash. Today the tunnel malfunctioned and my car was not completely rinsed and not dried at all. Instead of customer service I was screamed at by an attendant I had no time to wait in line and ran inside to the counter and got my money back. I went and rinsed the car at a self serve down the street. Rude rude rude read more

This is the WORST car wash I have ever been to, halfway done, water left all over my black car that I had to wipe off myself. You might think the company would be embarrassed to see the customer having to finish the wash himself, but apparently there is no shame felt by management. I worked in a car wash years ago, and we would never have gotten away with the halfway job these people put out. The 5 star reviews must be by family members or employees. read more

My car was a mess! I took it in for a full detail and was amazed at the job that was done. It looked beautiful and the inside was immaculate . It exceeded all of my expectations. Run, don't walk to get your car done! They are fantastic ! read more

Great car wash. Pleased at service for cost - I think you get what you pay for here.

I was desperately trying to get my 2007 Matrix detailed for trade-in and was not willing to pay the $400 I was quoted elsewhere. Jolly Washer quoted me a figure of $100 for the interior (which needed the most work) and I made an appointment for the next morning. Four hours later the interior was impeccable. Somehow the crew managed to get out stains from the past 7 years of wear and tear that I thought were immutable. And I received $1000 more than I anticipated in the transfer. Highly recommended !! read more

This is honestly the best value in a car wash I have ever seen. Hand wash for $8. And they did a great job. Amazing.

I'm new to the area and got a coupon for a free car wash here. They soaped the car up and then I drove through their car wash machine. I had driven about 4000 miles since my last wash so it was pretty dirty. Overall, they did a good job getting the exterior clean. There were some soap suds left on the car when it was finished. If you want your car really dry, I would bring something to dry it afterwards. They have vacuums you can use with no limit on time. I was there about 20 minutes and never saw anyone else use a vacuum. The reason for only 3 stars is that if I didn't have a coupon I'd need to pay $12.95 for the wash I got. I just moved here so maybe that is the going rate for a partial hand wash. But, until I know better, I'll stick with my 3 star review. read more

I went to get an interior detail for my Nissan Armada which which has taken some substantial abuse from my toddlers to say the least...I dropped my nasty SUV off at noon and by 4 p.m. it was SPOTLESS, I don't even know how they got the mounds of crud, sand, and God only knows whatelse out the nooks of our car. I was so impressed! I drove away feeling like I just scored a brand new car!!! This place is awesome and I plan getting this service done at least two or three times a year!!! Best $120 bucks I have spent all year!!!! read more

This place has the fun neon colored soap but that's all it has. Various parts of the car were dirty after going through the wash. They dried the windshield with a dirt oily rag. I had to clean the windshield when I got home and noticed (I have an SUV) the top of the car was filthy!!! I won't go back. read more
