STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do sloppy, incomplete work. I paid $48 for an interior/exterior wash - NOT including the extra cash tip I left in the tip box. I specifically requested vacuuming and cleaning of upholstery, floor mats, and dashboard. I had some severe upholstery staining. I didn't expect the stains to fully come out, but it's clear that they didn't even TRY to clean them, even a little. The upholstery was not even damp. And there are floor and other areas that are still FILTHY. This place is awful. This is what my car interior still looks like $48 plus tip later. What a ripoff. UPDATE: I just noticed that the cashier, "Sergio," never specified "upholstery cleaning" on my receipt. I don't know if it was supposed to be included in the original package, but I do recall I had tried to pay for just the $16 basic wash and all other services à la carte because I wanted certain ones (upholstery cleaning) and not others (clearcoat and fancy tire treatments). He said the $40 wash package had everything I needed except the interior mats, which I could add à la carte, so I did that. But he also seemed not very attentive to what I was asking for. I'm surprised by the low-ish reviews. Looks like they are mostly from many years ago. This is my go-to car wash in town. For $40 they do inside and out and are always reasonable and efficient. Of course it's not the same as a full-blown detail, but it's a convenient local spot and they always seem to care. read more

I tried to point out the spots which I hate to do...like, now I'm the jerk... the worker calls over guy who I guess is in charge...doesn't understand or acts like he doesn't understand a word of English...kept waving me away saying "Listo" which means ready....or basically, we're not doing another thing. What a great auto detail! I was a little aprehensive about going here, as their prices were half of what I was quoted somewhere else to give a full detail to a car that was VERY grungy, but I am VERY happy! The head car wash and detail guy, Christian, was very nice, he guaranteed the car would look like new, and he was right. For $100 he transformed an extremely dirty car with YEARS worth of dirt, gravel, coffee stains, and everything else, to one that looked like it had just come from the showroom floor. I am very happy. They spent about 3 hours doing it. And to top it off, I came with a bunch of one dollar bills as a tip, gave them directly to Christian, and he simply handed the money to the guys actually doing the work, and said they are the ones who deserve it. My car needed a little TLC, so when I saw the first car wash I decided to stop and take a break to clean it up before our road trip. Really inexpensive and easy, I paid $8 for a simple wash. At the end a guy comes around and finishes off your mirrors and lights. Well worth it and took no time at all! read more

Do not let the gas station approach fool you. I have a Lexus SUV. After two Oregon camping trips took it here. Unfortunately they are the only place in town that will do interiors and one of only two car washes in town. Just watched someone moving the car in front of me with the E-brake clearly still on. I have given these guys several chances and after this last wash I decided I won't be going back. I took my new car (it's not a huge job) for two reasons 1. Finger prints in the back window and 2. Bugs in the front from a long drive. I was disappointed to find a lot of bugs left on the front bumper (totally noticeable), a bird dropping on driver door was partially wiped off, the interior was poorly vacuumed, not sure if the dash was even wiped and the inside of the windows were not even touched. I decided I would not be overly critical of the bugs and the poor vacuum job however, when I was headed home I saw the back window and all the finger prints. I left the car for over an hour while I visited the shopping center next door so they really did have time to provide me with the wash I paid fo I'm not unreasonable and will only leave negative comments if truly justified. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They scratched the hell out of my paint job then spilt chemical on my stereo which made the screen foggy and cracked! Initially the owner of the car wash completely excepted responsibility. Once confronted with the quote to fix the damages he basically gave me the bird. He spoke to me like a thug using words like homey and dog. I took him to court and won because the video clearly showed them in the front of my vehicle desperately trying to clean the spill on my stereo. The owner has yet to pay me! On Nov 29th I had my car detailed at Jolly Washer on Sonoma Highway in Sonoma. There was a small dime size chip in my windshield prior to taking it in. They inspected my car before the wash (never said anything about the chip). They were to call me after 4 hours for me to pick it up. After 4 and a half hours I called them and the lady said it had just been finished. When I came in to pick it up the cashier immediately went to the back of the store and I could hear her talking to someone (although I couldn't hear what they were talking about, I thought nothing of it except put off for the abrupt way that she left when I arrived) She came back with the keys (I paid when I dropped it off) and told me my car was in back. I went to the back to see that my windshield had a huge (14 inch or so) crack in it. They played dumb when questioned about it. I was told to contact Angelo the store manager he would be in Tuesday thru Saturday or Christian who would be in on Monday. Being that it was a Sunday, I waited until Monday to call. At this point Monday morning before taking my son to school there was rain and I turned on my windshield wipers and my right wiper blade fell off. I called shortly after to speak to Christian who prompted me to bring the car in for Angelo to see on Tuesday, Dec. 1st. I did and Angelo, who was not at all friendly took pictures and looked at the windshield wiper. He told me that he would give the pictures and information to Miguel, the owner. Today one week later, Miguel finally got back to me through voicemail saying that they would not be liable for the crack. My husband called back and he told him there was absolutely nothing that he was going to do for us. When asked about the windshield wiper blade he condescendingly asked my husband if he wanted them to pay for a wiper blade. He even told my husband that they took pictures of the chip in the windshield prior to the detail and talked to someone about it which is COMPLETELY bogus. I would never have taken my car there if I would have known the possible consequences. They have zero customer service skills and there work was not worth the $200 I paid. I looked at the yelp reviews and there seems to be a pattern of arrogance at this place. I ask that you guys take your business elsewhere if at all possible because they are not willing to make amends when they are clearly in the wrong. You might think the company would be embarrassed to see the customer having to finish the wash himself, but apparently there is no shame felt by management. I was desperately trying to get my 2007 Matrix detailed for trade-in and was not willing to pay the $400 I was quoted elsewhere. Jolly Washer quoted me a figure of $100 for the interior (which needed the most work) and I made an appointment for the next morning. Four hours later the interior was impeccable. Somehow the crew managed to get out stains from the past 7 years of wear and tear that I thought were immutable. And I received $1000 more than I anticipated in the transfer. This is honestly the best value in a car wash I have ever seen. Hand wash for $8. And they did a great job. Amazing.

I'm new to the area and got a coupon for a free car wash here. They soaped the car up and then I drove through their car wash machine. I had driven about 4000 miles since my last wash so it was pretty dirty. Overall, they did a good job getting the exterior clean. There were some soap suds left on the car when it was finished. If you want your car really dry, I would bring something to dry it afterwards. They have vacuums you can use with no limit on time. I was there about 20 minutes and never saw anyone else use a vacuum. The reason for only 3 stars is that if I didn't have a coupon I'd need to pay $12.95 for the wash I got. I just moved here so maybe that is the going rate for a partial hand wash. But, until I know better, I'll stick with my 3 star review. read more

This place has the fun neon colored soap but that's all it has. Various parts of the car were dirty after going through the wash. They dried the windshield with a dirt oily rag. I had to clean the windshield when I got home and noticed (I have an SUV) the top of the car was filthy!!! I won't go back. read more

I went to get an interior detail for my Nissan Armada which which has taken some substantial abuse from my toddlers to say the least...I dropped my nasty SUV off at noon and by 4 p.m. it was SPOTLESS, I don't even know how they got the mounds of crud, sand, and God only knows whatelse out the nooks of our car. I was so impressed! I drove away feeling like I just scored a brand new car!!! This place is awesome and I plan getting this service done at least two or three times a year!!!
