We absolutely loved this place. Great people, pricing and they loved our dog. It's unfortunate that we ended up moving away!

What can I say? My NaMii had clearly a great time. She came home joyful and happy. Full of energy and enthusiasm. That speaks volumes to me. She will ABSOLUTELY be coming back. The atmosphere is amazing. The Veteran owned (thank you SO MUCH for your services) facility is incredibly gorgeous. There were no worries for me about my baby being there. She clearly had a wonderful time and I am still in awe about the entire setup. Spacious kennels. Indoor outdoor options while in the kennel. Her meal supplies came back empty and she is a happy gal. This is a great place for your pets. My dog was very happy in his own indoor area with refrigerated air and access to his own outdoor area, as well. He was also given access to a large area where he could play and run. He took his own bed and a toy with him so he could feel more at home. He was given a bath and pedicure...........we will take him to Jolly Ranch any time he needs to spend some time at a "home away from home." read more

Jolly ranch pet resort is the absolute worst! Back and forth all morning seeing when I could bring our dog. I said I could come in 30 minutes. No answer. Texted again saying that 10:30 was really he only time that worked for me. Texted again no reply. Then called. No answer! I was mad at this point and told them I was getting out and would bring him this afternoon on my terms. They called saying boomer is no longer welcome!!! Canceled the day of. What crap!!! I said fine by me I'd rather not bring him there anyways and then I hung up on her. She called back saying if I had a problem I could come up there. (Thought they wouldn't be there though?) Hung up again and she called THREE more times. I had to block their number. Completely rude owners. Idk how they stay in business. Blocked on Facebook and Instagram since they knew they were in the wrong and didn't want others to see the review I'd give them. Can't do that on here though My Per Butler is where it's at!!! This place is really awesome. They have half indoor half outdoor kennels so your pet can go out as they please and still stay warm or cool depending on the time of year. They also helped me out with a unique situation during my PCS to Dyess. They have great grooming and return your pet to you with a little bandana. I recommend! read more

Still taking our Lab here since starting in May of 2015. He (Zee) loves all the staff there, which is very indicative of the care and attention they provide. I recommend Jolly Ranch to anyone who asks for a recommendation on dog sitting, grooming, and boarding. Lots of big dogs for big dogs to play with! read more

Unprofessional staff/owner. It shows they have no idea what customer service is about

Not sure what issue is with other two reviewers, but we've been taking our 18 month old lab there since he was 6 months old. He initially went for daycare X 2 weeks since wife was out of town and now he goes every two weeks for a play/socialization day and a bath/furminator treatment. Highly recommended and those that know us know we love our canine family member and only give him the best. For those that don't know what the furminator is, it removes a lot of the loose undercoat and cuts down shedding by about, I'd estimate 80-90%. Of course there is still some shedding, especially in summer. You also have to be careful in winter because there is no undercoat to keep him warm. Anyway, as long as Jolly Ranch is operational and I own a bigger dog, I will be a regular customer! Kudos to the Jolly Ranch staff on their exceptional service! read more

My dog is a very skittish rescue terrier mix that I was very hesitant to board; however after only 1 time here he now starts barking about half a mile before we get there he is so excited! If he could pole vault out of the car to get to the people he would. He loves them! He never runs up to people, but he does here as soon as I put him on the ground! I wouldn't hesitate to board your dog here! read more
