"Really enjoyed the food! Tasty, satisfying, and the service was great. I would definitely come back.". The ambience was good.

Tried their Angus cheeseburger early in the morning on the way to work, nearly cried too. Best burger I've had in years, and that includes more expensive burgers from diners and high-end restaurants. Staff were fairly friendly and efficient. It was nice and quiet in the morning. I'm also a sucker for Jolliebee's spaghetti, it nearly tastes the same way that my grandmother used to make it. read more

double charged me for my order. manager on duty will lie and argue with you like it's your fault their staff screwed up and said the money will be back in my account. its been 2 weeks and still havent got my money back. read more

The food was fine. A bottle of water was $$$ and I wasn't given the option of getting a glass of tap for free. The air conditioner was powerful and welcome! The restaurant was clean. read more

I ordered from Jollibee through a delivery service because I was hungry and wanted to finally see (taste?) what the hype was all about. I tried the chicken, which I have heard so many people rave about. It was crispy and tasty, albeit a bit stringy and slightly salty - I suspect the chicken was brined prior to being coated and fried. The pieces (legs and thighs) were huge. The gravy on the side was a nice touch, and also gave us extra to put on our side of mashed potatoes. I also had a Yumburger, which I really liked. It was a plain, grilled burger on a squishy bun with a slightly sweet sauce. I'm looking forward to trying the hamburger steak, and likely would have the chicken again. read more

Jollibee - Fried chicken with some gravy. Look at how big those pieces are! - Fast Food Near Me - Edmonton, Alberta

I had not tried Jollibee's and recently tried it for the first time. The front doors are currently locked and we joined the line with a few others. There were a few people for their orders inside so they wait until it's cleared out a bit before they come open the door and ask if you're dining in or getting pick up. I wanted to try only the chicken and peach mango pie and ordered a 6 piece half spicy and half original chicken. My order was ready not too long after ordering but my friend's order took longer and the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry to package it. We got home and we found 7 pieces of chicken and gravy. I didn't know the gravy was included. I liked the crispy chicken and didn't find it greasy or tasteless. The pie was crispy but not too much filling. The next visit, we decided to order more chicken for a meal with others. I ordered online for pick up to speed up the process and could pay and select the pick up time. The chicken the second time didn't have as much flavour. The price seems reasonable but won't be running back to have more. Next time I'll try the chicken sandwich. read more

I hate it, the food is super chewy, and the spaghetti sauce is sweet. The chicken took 30 mins to come when they said it would only take 10. They forgot to give us utensils and napkins. read more

First time trying it last night. The spicy chicken was amazing. Didn't leave me feeling horrible like a lot of fried chicken does. Really enjoyed it. I gave 4 stars because the fries are mediocre. I'm not a fan of spaghetti, so I didn't try that. The pineapple and mango juices are pretty good as well. I'd definitely have those all again minus the fries. read more

Staff were friendly and helpful my first time going here went to kingways location unfortunately not going to return chicken had a slightly rancid taste due to old oil sides were ok not overly impressed store seemed well maintained truly unfortunate about the oil read more

Was excited to try! Because family and friends said the chicken was amazing I found out my uncle has no taste buds! The chicken is absolutely tasteless!!! It's really oily/greasy!!! It made my brother sick! I also got the spaghetti and the smell alone made my mother sick!!!! the only thing that was good that I ordered was the pineapple juice!! If you want chicken go to POPEYES, MARY BROWNS, CHURCHES TEXAS CHICKEN, KFC. I should say the employees were very pleasant! read more

I was quite disappointed with both the chicken and the spaghetti. The spaghetti was too sweet to my taste and the chicken was just Blah. I will not be going back. read more

I've been to Jolibees in various countries and it's an acquired taste. It's basic comfort food that's almost like home cooking, but available as fast food and I've grown to like it & seek it out if I know it's nearby when I traveled. I've tried everything on the menu in Edmonton Jolibees, I really wish they would expand their menu like they have in other countries, the potential is there for better. That being said, I'm glad I stumbled across this Jolibees location across from WEM. I ordered an individual 1pc crispy chicken & spaghetti combo... (it's a sweet spaghetti with hotdogs & shredded cheese) I like how they offer pineapple juice as a default for drink choice and I'm glad that gravy was a default addition to my chicken. I prefer original chicken over spicy, the spicy one packs a very warm heat, but not punch-you-in-the-face hot, and it lingers. About $9 for this combo, I feel pricing is fair for the portion. And doing drive thru at 9pm, I did not have to wait long at all... 5 min max from joining the line to receiving my food! And I agree, the staff are super friendly there read more

Good foods, bad costumer service, I've ordered a worth 70$ but they gave me the weong order, i know its busy by that time but make sure you gabe your costumer their order correctly. read more

The chicken was drowned in oil and flavorless. It was so terrible that it have me severe food poisoning that caused lots of vomiting and diarrhea which lasted for about 3 days. read more

Terrible service, very disrespectful and they lost my order two times. I waited 45min. The employees had friends next to them they were all cussing and being rowdy . Food is good but terrible service read more

Can't order multiple orders? Can't order inside? Out of chicken before it's 10pm after we waited 15 minutes in drive thru? At that point why not just go to the McDonald's next door where all of these points are never an issue? Maybe the scarcity of their food can explain their ridiculous prices, 6 pcs of chicken for 16$ (without tax). Is the chicken getting shipped from Philippines or does the staff fly on a private plane to work everyday? Yep, coming back here again for sure. And yeah since every Filipino person is rating it an unfair 5/5 stars with extreme bias, I feel that it would only be fair to rate it a 1 to equilibrate the rating to what it truly deserves to be. read more
