When I had a closer look, my dog had a hole on his snout that was starting to scab over with puss coming out of it. Now here is the thing, I completely understand that things happen with dogs and I cannot blame wedogcare for the puncture. But how was it possible that I paid for a service for him to be watched for 4 days and NOONE knew what happened. I immediately drove back to their location to inform them and complain. The wound was scabbing over, so it was not fresh. My poor dog was hurt for god knows how many days, and noone noticed that he was injured? What did they do? Absolutely nothing. They offered me a refund on the grooming service. The best part... my dog was not groomed during his visit. This goes to show how well your pets will be watched at wedogcare, and how much attention they really are giving them. My dog had to get stitches on his face and wear a cone for 2 weeks. Wedogcare told me that the manager would call me to follow up to see if they could "make things right". It's been over a month and no call. I paid $240 for my dog to not be watched; an additional $1,100 vet bill later and no refund or complimentary services offered. All in all, the money does not mean anything to me. I will never use this service again as I just feel so bad my poor dog went several days injured with noone to care for him. Wedogcare, you should be ashamed!

My dog recently passed away because the negligent care and lack of communication. My dog was taken for frequent checkups, as well as had all the necessary vaccinations and dental care. However, upon my dogs last check up in April, the hospital never shared the results of the bloodwork until after she had passed, more than 6 months later. Stating my dog had an infection and should be put on antibiotics was the extent of the results of the bloodwork I was told in April 2025. Then the following October my dog seemed to be lethargic. I took her in for additional bloodwork X-rays, other "essential" tests, and spent thousands of dollars only for her to pass away a few days later. The hospital took no responsibility for this when her results in April had indicated that she was not well. I was told she had an infection I then followed instruction and put her on the antibiotics. The hospital is claiming that they have me on recording saying information that I never stated, and indicating I was aware of other diseases that she may have had, when I was never told any of these details. In addition, the hospital violates the rights of the owners of the animals that are under care. This hospital, lacks morals and violates common ethical guidelines, including laws being that they provided personal information over the Internet, that was never consented to be provided. No surprise they are not on the BBB website. The HOSPITAL does not take responsibility for their negligent actions, and then try to flip the blame on the owners of the pets that come to this hospital. I would not recommend taking your beloved animal to this hospital unless you are not interested in the long-term health of your pet, as they do not and are willing to provide quick responses or provide copies of blood work after stating that the blood work was absolutely necessary. Providing bloodwork and documents about your dogs health should not have been held to be shared until after the dog has passed. But now they will not take the blame. Again, I stated my dog received bloodwork in April and then again in October and I did not receive copies of the bloodwork until after my dog was gone, when the bloodwork clearly showed that my dog had not been well. The practice lacks empathy and the practice manager lacks morals, as well as common business ethic, declaring statements that are not accurate on the Internet, as well as people's personal information that was not consented to be provided. However, this hospital will spend the time to comment back on reviews, providing information that is not accurate, irrelevant and unethical, but they will not communicate results of a pets blood work when absolutely necessary. Please do your due diligence and find an establishment that actually cares for animals and it's not so blatantly interested in making a profit. To the hospital, you can feel free to respond and continue adding defamatory information that is not accurate as you have done with all the other reviews that claim the truth about your practice, I pray for the sake of others who love their pets, they will read these reviews and make the right choice in finding a hospital that can properly care and communicate with the owners of the pets that go to their care. Not a hospital that would rather spend their time battling on the Internet, disclosing personal information about the owners of the pets that has nothing to do with the pet itself. The hospital is negligent, doesn't provide the essential care and communication that is needed to properly manage a pets health.

All the tea on the final straw: I took my 6yr old dog in for a visit and bloodwork, he received an exam while he was there and I paid a few hundred dollars. I kept receiving messages saying he was overdue for his annual exams but ignored them bc he had just been in. I took him back in for something unrelated and he was again checked out. I received two messages that day saying his exam was overdue! again I ignored it. I then called to have his prescription refilled and they said he needed an exam. I asked why he needed an exam when he was just in and they said his previous visits weren't labeled as an "annual exam" and so I had to come back. I went back in, saw the dr, she apologized and agreed it was a bit excessive but said that because she hadn't checked his ears in the previous visits, technically it wasn't a FULL exam. I went to pay and after waiting 10mins while the receptionist was finishing her own work, I asked her why the office was making me come back when even the Dr had apologized. She literally rolled her eyes, stood up, walked into the hall and YELLED "Brisket's owner is refusing to pay, what do you want me to do about her?" I then was mortified and was forced to loudly clarify, "that's not true at all, I was asking why I was forced to pay for a third exam". At this point, the other clients in the waiting room are staring, the doctor leaves a patient and comes out and clarifies again that she didn't check his ears and it's a requirement for his flea medicine renewal. I have since continued to receive reminder texts that my dog is overdue for an exam. even after requesting twice that they stop texting me. I have 5 other animals and I have never received a text for any of them.
