New to this area. When I came using We Dog Care I had some reservations like I do with any new Day Care/Boarding for pups. The amount of care and attention to the pups I have experienced with this Day Care astonishes me. I am thankful there is a place that is very transparent and keeps you updated on how your fur baby is doing day in and day out. They really notice and know each pup personality and give reports at the end of day on pups! Prices are very reasonable and they always try to accommodate even during the busiest times! The Morgan Hill Location is closed now, but that just gives more attention to the San Jose location. Would leave 0 stars if I could. What a horrible experience we had. I used wedogcare services for boarding over 4 days. When I got back to pick up my dog, they told me it all went well so I promptly paid and left. It wasn't until 10 minutes into the car ride where I noticed he was pawing his snout and acting strange. When I had a closer look, my dog had a hole on his snout that was starting to scab over with puss coming out of it. Now here is the thing, I completely understand that things happen with dogs and I cannot blame wedogcare for the puncture. But how was it possible that I paid for a service for him to be watched for 4 days and NOONE knew what happened. I immediately drove back to their location to inform them and complain. The wound was scabbing over, so it was not fresh. My poor dog was hurt for god knows how many days, and noone noticed that he was injured? What did they do? Absolutely nothing. They offered me a refund on the grooming service. The best part... my dog was not groomed during his visit. This goes to show how well your pets will be watched at wedogcare, and how much attention they really are giving them. My dog had to get stitches on his face and wear a cone for 2 weeks. Wedogcare told me that the manager would call me to follow up to see if they could "make things right". It's been over a month and no call. I paid $240 for my dog to not be watched; an additional $1,100 vet bill later and no refund or complimentary services offered. All in all, the money does not mean anything to me. I am livid! I am typing this review after cleaning up my dog's diarrhea for the third time. She has been sick ever since I picked her up from her two hour evaluation she had yesterday. The email exchange between Pooja and I made a great first impression. I was really happy with what I read on the website, online reviews, and from the conversation I had with Eva at check in. Unfortunately, my puppy was not a good fit for this facility, and that is ok! I understood and appreciated what I thought was honest feedback. What makes me upset is that I came home to find an injury on my dog's skin. I was NOT informed of this when I picked her up, so I immediately emailed to ask what happened. I still have not received a response, which is really disappointing considering Pooja was so responsive to my email inquiry before. Then a few hours later, my dog started having diarrhea! I assume they fed her cheap quality treats because she was completely fine before her evaluation. It would have been nice to know what they fed her and how much they gave her. Unfortunately, I did not get this information either from the young girl who was there when I picked up my puppy. The fact that my dog got injured and sick in such a short amount of time is absolutely ridiculous. I only saw two people in the facility, one at the desk, and one cleaning up after the dogs. I doubt my dog was properly evaluated or supervised, considering the lack of communication. I would not trust bringing my dog back here if this is what happened during two short hours. I had an amazing experience with this day care. My dog went for over a year before we had to say goodbye due to advanced heart disease and the staff here was great at meeting his special needs and keeping him safe. They really take the time to get to know each dog and their quirks and then make appropriate play groups. They work hard to make sure all the dogs are safe and well cared for, and even went above and beyond when needed. I appreciated being given updates when picking him up... and how they work with owners to problem solve issues. The facility is simple but clean, and the dogs seem to really love it. Their scheduling is flexible and even have the option to just drop off for a couple of hours if needed. Highly recommend. read more

I used to bring dog here now we go to WAG Hotels. They give discounts to teachers, vets, and other industries. Their staff gets so much training and support. We Dog Care has been amazing with our two dogs for years. They learn the idiosyncrasies of our dog and work with her. I love that I get a verbal report card after a day visit and a detail d email mid long overnight stays. They obviously like my dog and have gone out of their way to video her for me. read more

My partner and I have been bringing our 1.5yr old BorderAussie (Noctis) here for quite some time now. We had a different daycare prior to We Dog Care. And let me tell you- the staff here is awesome! We are given feedback each visit- good or bad. Not to mention monitor our dog during feeding time and play hours. Our dog has an issue of coprophagia and the staff has been doing an excellent job of deterring him from that. :) Pros: friendly and informative staff, price is great (monthly membership), feedback given each visit, great location (for us at least since it is 7mins away from work), parking available Cons: Honestly, we don't have any cons **People complain about some kind of smell... Thats what dogs smell like, bruh. LOL. That's like passing by a cow farm at Bakersfield and complaining about how it smells like cow. After feeling comfortable boarding my dog for four nights, at pick up my dog was returned with two completely missing toenails on his left foot/paw. Some $500 dollars later my dog is safely resting and recovering. It is my opinion and recent experience that this business does not live up to its name. Please DO NOT take your dogs here. The staff is not to be trusted! Your dog will be neglected. Yesterday we picked up our dogs and discovered one of them had a puncture wound on his neck. After spending more time with him yesterday, we discovered another puncture wound on his ear. We decided to take him to the ER because the ear wound was causing him the most pain, and we couldn't touch his head without him whimpering and crying out loudly. When the vet finally took a look at him, she discovered MORE puncture wounds in and around his ear. I was told by a manager at We Dog Care that the puncture wound on his neck was caused by "rough play". There is nothing playful about these wounds. It was clearly an attack that wasn't stopped. The doctor also informed us that the wounds were definitely NOT from the day before we picked him up like we were told. The wounds were too old, and were ALREADY INFECTED because our dog was NEGLECTED. This is more than just an oversight on their part as a company. It is neglect! Which by definition, is a form of abuse. We know our dog had to have cried out in pain when the attack happened, and no one stopped it. No one checked on him. If they did, they would have noticed all the blood in and around his ear (which we noticed 5mins after picking him up and called to inquire about it while we were still in the car). We understand that dogs fight. We understand that dogs get injured. We understand that thing happen. What we don't understand is why no one noticed. What we don't understand is why our 6 month old, 30 pound puppy was placed in the large dog room with a golden retriever named Cooper, who was more than TWICE our dog's size, and who had already been seen aggressively going for dog's necks/collars. There's a whole YouTube video posted displaying this behavior with another dog, and the person taking the video doesn't seem alarmed at all. What we don't understand is how a white and light tan dog could be covered in fresh blood and no one noticed. What we don't understand is why no one offered us a discount or anything to attempt to make things right. What we don't understand is why there was a lack of communication and compassion when we called We Dog Care. What we don't understand is why we were told it was just dried salivia and nothing to worry about, and then later your workers were able to come up with what "actually happened". Mind you, your manager spoke to your staff once and apparently no one saw anything, then she asked the same people again a few minutes later, and all of a sudden the truth came out. Someone clearly lied to cover it up and then came clean. The ER doctor asked which place we went to, and they couldn't believe we weren't called or that our emergency contact wasn't called while Beluga was in your care. We asked around, and even other dog boarding companies told us We Dog Care is unreliable, and ran by young people who don't know anything about actually caring for dogs. The staff here is deceitful. There staff here participates in egregious acts of neglect that directly contradict the name of the company. It's more than a disappointment. It's an embarrassment to their credibility as a company. No one should trust them with their dogs. read more

I came buy to see if this was the right place for my Great Dane ozzy, when I walked in, the dogs seemed to be caged up, and the smell was so bad as if they never clean. Overall it looks like the dogs get no time outside of the big white gates. Not to mention how the place looks so dirty and ran down. After having tried another place in the area and not being very impressed, I decided to try out We Dog Care because 2 of my neighbors said they bring their dogs there. So far, after 3 weeks, I can say that I really like them. I found it easy to sign up, and the fact that there is no need for an appointment for the evaluation is a huge plus. The staff are always friendly, are very knowledgeable, and will give you feedback as to how your dog did, who they played with etc. The pricing is very reasonable as well. If you buy 10 half days it comes out to be $20/day. I also enjoy that they post videos of the dogs playing on YouTube a couple of times a day. It's nice to see my dog having fun while I'm at work. If you're looking for a dog daycare and this one is in your area, I'd highly recommend giving them a shot. I'm glad I did. read more

We have been taking Kiwi here with unlimited monthly package for daycare for the past 5+ years and have been very very happy. Kiwi is currently boarding for a few nights. The new YouTube channel is such a wonderful add-on benefit for boarding Kiwi here. I was so happy to see a footage of her this morning when I woke up a thousand miles away! Don't trust this place or the owner. He must have had a good spark to start the business, but he hasn't done a great job upkeeping the business. I interacted with him over the phone and was great, but then in-person was rude and stand-off ish. I noticed he treated the young woman at the front poorly too.I was recommended to this place by a long time customer, but I think they treat new dogs (not "long-timers" differently). While in the lobby I could see a dog jumping out of the play pen and wondered what safety or security they have in place. When asked about touring they only provided pictures Those pics and these yelp pics and the Google images you'll find are from their glory days and they look nothing like this anymore on the inside when I was there too see. They say its for safety but I'm not 100 convinced. I'd be worried about safety, rust, and really run down equipment/sites. After this experience I was not comfortable taking my dog there. The staff is so young and I have also wondered what training employees receives in handling of pets. Had a bad experience. I do not recommend or trust this place. read more

We loved We Dog Care for years, and had the utmost trust in their doggie daycare. But over the past year or so, we started to have concerns. There was a lot of staff turnover, the environment seemed chaotic, it no longer smelled very clean, and our dog was increasingly hesitant to go in when we dropped him off. Our last visit a month ago will be our last. That day my dog's body language at drop off was really off...he's always a bit nervous, but he seemed terrified to go with the employee to the play area. He cowered by the exit door, which he never does. It did not smell great inside. I had to be at a meeting, so I left him there despite the red flags. But, I felt so uncomfortable with my dog's reaction that I called to make sure he was okay and then cut my meeting short to go back and get him. When my pup came out, he smelled terrible and seemed more stressed than ever. Since then, I've heard similar concerns from friends who previously used WDC. It makes me sad to write this update and I've put it off for a few weeks, because for several years they had a genuinely lovely staff and I never had concerns leaving our pup there. We hung on over the past year as we saw that staff leave, assuming things were slipping but still above board for a few hours of doggie play, because we'd had previous positive experiences that built up trust. But honestly, we can't go back anymore after the last visit and after hearing our friends' concerns as well. I rarely write negative reviews, as I understand the gravity of negative reviews for businesses. But, I would feel very uncomfortable leaving my 5 star glowing review up and allowing someone to think WDC is still what it was back when I wrote it. read more

When I moved to San Jose from Los Angeles, I was so worried about how my dog would adjust. I emotionally couldn't leave her in her new home alone all day when I was at work. I felt so bad about moving her. So I put her in daycare full time until I thought she was adjusted to her new home. It is a testament to the We Dog Care team that they were the ones who suggested to me that my dog was ready to perhaps stay home on some days. It took me a few months to catch up. My dog loves all of their staff. She has been well cared for and I always received updates on how she was doing -- which was usually great unless she was acting squirrely with other dogs (she's sassy). But the staff gave her love and attention and I couldn't be more thankful. Their hours are amazing for anyone who has odd or changing work hours. I'm really glad I found them. Good news, after 6 months --with We Dog Care encouragement -- I am now able to leave my dog home alone while I am at work. I'll still intermittently bring her in for daycare to keep her socialized though, because doggies gotta be doggies. Final word, after a big move, I'm glad we found them. read more

Our dog, Cali, loves going here!!! We're part of their membership program and she goes once a week. She has also stayed overnight several nights (including 7 nights on our last vacation). They always take great care of her! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is always very clean. I love that I can log in to the webcam and check on her. Summary: My dog LOVES coming here! The staff understand his needs and how to work with his energy. They are very accommodating and helped me out in an emergency. Their prices and flexibility are the best in the city. The bottom line is I can clearly see that they care about my dog and know him as an individual. I feel confident that my dog is safe, well cared for, and having a blast when he's here! I just started taking my 8 month old pitbull, Sega to We Dog Care and we both LOVE it! I brought him for an evaluation, the lobby was very neat and clean. There is a large window so you can see back into the main daycare area. I know some of the reviews mentioned that they were upset they could not tour the place but I used to work at a daycare that did allow tours and all it did was stress the dogs out. The big window was enough for me to see that they had multiple play areas set up and the white dividers they use are much better than chainlink. The woman who took my dogs vaccine info and checked us in was very nice and explained the procedure thoroughly. She took Sega to the back and he went with her without hesitation. If he passed I wanted him to stay for the day but if not I would pick him up so she called me after about an hour to let me know he passed. She described her observations which were exactly what I had seen watching him play at the dog park. He was excited to see me when I came to get him but didn't show any signs of stress. He obviously liked the staff as he had to stop and say bye to each one. Some of the other reviews mentioned that their dogs were smelly when they picked them up. I noticed the smell on Sega right away: it's called Wysiwash, it's a cleaning product doggy daycares use to sanitize the floors. It is one of the only disinfectants that kills parvo and it is safe to use around animals without rinsing, unlike bleach. I'm weird, the smell reminded me of when I worked at a doggy daycare but if you don't like it just keep some pet wipes in your car. It didn't bother me, it just tells me that they are keeping the place clean and that my dog is having a blast rolling around playing with other dogs! Once I had to go to the emergency room, while Sega was at daycare and I wasn't sure I would be able to find someone to pick him up. They said no worries, if I wasn't there before closing they would feed him, give him a bed, and he could stay overnight. Luckily I ended up getting there 5 minutes before they closed but it was a big relief knowing that he would have been cared for if I had to be admitted. This is a very difficult industry to be in. There is a lot of overhead with rent, insurance, equipment, employee training and wages. Even with all that We Dog Care has some of the BEST prices in the city! They are one of the few daycares that offers a lower half-day rate which is perfect for me and Sega. They don't have web cams which is too bad but not a deal breaker. I've seen enough to trust that my dog is having fun and is well cared for. I also love that you don't need reservations to drop off, so convenient! read more

I had a lead than satisfying experience. I do not recommend them at all. They charged me for bath service I did not order, and my dog did not get. Mark, who identified himself as a manager, was rude. He said he didn't care about Yelp ratings and advised to "do what you want." My dog came back with severe diarrhea which would happen if they did not meet her dietary needs (I provided all food for her stay), to which he aggressively responded, "we do not respond to false accusations." I used to send my dog here for day care once a week and boarded her on 3 - 4 occasions. The last time we used their boarding services was new years 2018. As you might read in other reviews, there was a canine flu outbreak in the facility during the holiday, which my dog unfortunately got caught up in. What struck me as unprofessional about the staff was that when we were picking up the dog, they almost let us leave without informing us of the flu outbreak. If it weren't for my dog vomiting in the lobby, the staff would have allowed me to walk away without knowing a very critical piece of information. For a week, my poor dog looked like she was about to die despite all the meds the vet gave her. We had to force feed her through a syringe and she didn't poop for a week!! Through all the suffering, she recovered, but not fully. To this day, she's still got the cough. I'm starting to think there's permanent damage in her throat or lungs. That's almost 8 months of coughing. Not for lack of care and love either. I've spent so much on vet fees, x-rays, and medications. Poured hours into cooking better food. Needless to say, I can attribute all this to that fateful weekend at We Dog Care. I can never have my old dog back. Thank goodness her spirit is still there, but that goose honking cough just breaks my heart every. single. time. read more

First few days of using this service was great because we saw that our dog was exhausted (in a good way). Our dog has learned some odd behaviors from other dogs at this place. They tend to forget to do grooming services when we ask in the morning. They have a poor communication between morning staff and afternoon. Every time we ask how our dog did, it was a very short answer like "he did good". When we get our dog back he always comes from kennel while other dogs are outside. Last time, it seemed like our dog was in the kennel for all day because when he got home, he just had sooooo much energy. It was very unusual. They also have hard time controlling dogs that jumps around. So don't expect separation of different sizes of dogs. Overall, staff are very kind and the price is very affordable if you need quick babysitter for your dog. read more

Update 2018: still 5 Stars I have to preface we"ve been customers for boarding ever since we got our rescue Charlie 3 years ago. Have probably boarded 10 times. We DID get the canine influenza in December. I was upset and had spent $800 to get my boy well. It was all the perfect storm and not predictable. Holiday long term boarding with full kennels and a terrible virus and minimal flu vaccinations. Before we boarded again as a family emergency came up Presidents' Day weekend I was really hard on the owner and ask d how they have addressed the risk of another outbreak. He was very honest and open in what they learned, new procedures/protocols in evaluation, cleaning, air purification and identifying dogs not well and reduced hours to keep ahead of the dogs care. We have boarded twice since the outbreak with no incident and the staff are always very kind to Charlie. He's also vaccinated for influenza and kennel cough booster, they require all dogs have this. We Dog care knows my dog well, I drive all the way from Almaden and feel comfortable they learned from this outbreak as all kennels were affected. We're still happy customers and they do a great job. Very very happy with We Dog Care's Boarding and taking care of our much loved Boxer Charlie. We rescued him last year so I worried about his thoughts of being abandoned again, every time we pull in he gets so excited and runs in to play with the dogs, and comes home tired (a good thing!). For us it's really convenient and we know he's being looked after, can play and get attention-all the staff know him. He also has some medications and the staff take detailed directions and really listen. We've probably used them now 8 times for boarding and happy to support this business and how they take care of Charlie. read more

Went here as a last resort to have our fur baby watched and had a weird, uncomfortable time. They don't let you see where your dog will sleep (huge red flag) and they say it's because "new people excite the dogs" which makes some sense.. but you'd think they'd offer a photo or something to give owners more assurance. I took my dog here for the "3 hour orientation" which has to be during the work day (it's actually two hours) and they rejected my dog for overnight care because he was scared of them and would shy away when they'd reach for his collar. This is something he does with people at first but he warms up really quickly to dog people and those who give him a minute to get comfortable in their presence (he's a rescue so he's nervous with new encounters but he's a total loving butterball once he warms up) anyone with dog experience would clearly read his body language and know to give him a moment and let him come to them. The overall vibe of the facility's was: hot, muggy and loud. The lobby was weird and doesn't have any seats for you to wait for your doggy.. and the fenced area seemed hectic and not dog friendly. (Would you want to stand or lay on concrete all day long? No? Then why would your dog?) The staff seemed unprofessional and condescending when asked basic questions.. and didn't seem like they read anything about my dog and his behavior prior to bringing him in. (Despite having me fill out a packet of information) Also, they flat out lied to me. When I asked if they had any issues with the influenza or kennel cough they said "nope" or something vague like "no, nothing recent" - if you've read other reviews, you know that this is a clear lie. Overall I am so happy that they were unable to board him, because I feel like we really dodged a bullet with this one... we ended up finding a home dog-sitter for the same price that was AWESOME and didn't have any trouble bonding with him right away. We took our dogs here based on the positive reviews, but will likely stop coming back after their third trip due to our observations and personal experience. It's unfortunate since this location is close to home, the dog park, and the business seemed to have stated off well. 1. You can't tour the facility. In retrospect I actually shouldn't have trusted a place that won't let you view the premises in which your dog children will be staying but we decided to give them a try anyway. 2. Unfriendly staff. On Milo's first day I asked how he was and got very little feedback. I know they have tons of dogs to take care of and it must be chaotic, but a little understanding and reassurance goes a long way. We love our dogs and only want what's best for them, so when someone else is watching them you expect feedback and care. 3. Unprofessionalism. We have three photos of the staff either on their phones or sitting on their butts from the webcams (which I won't post because my intent isn't to be hurtful or mean). But really? Again, I realize this has got to be a stressful job, but you're on camera and dog owners are entrusting their babies to you. Give a shit. If you're hiring kids (which it seems like their entire staff consists of), have appropriate training on communication, care, and professionalism! Tip: view the webcam (call for the password) and make a decision for yourself. I was really smitten with this place when I took our dogs in for their half-day trial on Monday. I especially liked how one could see into all the rooms from the lobby, how one could pick up one's dogs any hour of the evening, how somebody was on duty 24/7, and how convenient the location was. However, my one dog's actual first day of daycare today was a disaster! When I arrived in the morning (in a fairly big hurry to get out of there again), nobody seemed interested in checking us in. There was no sign-in sheet either. I was worried that if my dog had an emergency, they wouldn't even know who to phone! So, I insisted to the staff member on duty that she look my dog up in their records. She couldn't find me after more than 5 minutes of looking! There was a lot of mumbling about how they were switching software systems. Back home again, I double-checked with my bank (online) to ensure that I really had paid for a membership 4 days earlier. Yes, I had! The We Dog Care staff eventually left me a message saying that they'd found the record. When I returned to pick my dog up this evening, things went even worse! The young man who asked for her name first looked in a bin other than the "C" one for "Charlotte's" leash. ?!? Then when he asked what kind of dog she was and I said, "an Airedale Terrier," he looked totally blank. The worst was when he went looking for her and couldn't find her! I totally freaked out--I thought they'd lost her or handed her over to someone else, especially since they had been unable to find her record online when I was there this morning. When they finally located Charlotte, I just wanted to get the heck out of there asap! But the owner was standing behind the cash register, asking me for $25 for a day's care! What about the membership I paid for 4 days earlier which his staff had supposedly located the record for that morning?!? There followed a short unpleasant encounter with the owner. He refunded my membership fee; I agreed to never go back there. All in all, it was a promising experiment that went seriously awry. I think their computer systems, check-in procedure, and check-out procedure could all be made to work a lot more smoothly. Brand new clients need to be made to feel confident that their dog's online AND physical whereabouts are known to the staff members at all times. read more

Last week I had witnessed on the We cam an employee swing her arm/hand at two black labs as the employee was trying to take a dog from the pack. It looked like the two labs were still trying to play with the dog the employee was escorting out and got frustrated with the Labs. When I confronted the manager on duty she said "Things don't appear to be what you think you see on the web cam." Then she also said "We had problems with this employee before and she can be a little rough with the dogs." I took my dog back there twice since the incident, and when I picked up my dog today I was shocked to hear from an employee (not even a manager) that my dog and I were no longer welcomed back to the facility. They claimed to have looked at the footage and saw nothing to prove my accusation. When I started to question if they looked at the right day they changed their comment to "well, your dog is not happy here, and doesn't do well with the pack." That comment shocked me too because I had watched her multiple times on the web cam playing with the other dogs. This business obviously does not care about customer satisfaction and retention. I've been coming here for 5-6 years now and I have NEVER had a problem with them. I like that they have cameras and I can see my dogs running around. Plus they love both my dogs and vice versa. I figure people will always complain but I do wonder how many of those people that complain or gave a low rating also posted review when having a positive experience. I'm just saying. With Smalls' recent behavior issues, it was time to take him to a new daycare. This place is probably as good as it gets. This is the first daycare I've walked into that didn't smell like dog. It was unreal! The staff was very friendly and helped to create a seamless transition for my pup. Tonight is his first overnight stay but I have no worries. I know my dog is in safe hands! Seriously, I am the most overprotective dog mom that perhaps has ever existed. It's a blessing because I love the shit out of my dogs and a curse because I worry about their care incessantly. We are not really into doggie daycare "facilities" because we have visited many and they always have this cold feeling with no love, the dogs aren't having fun and the staff just stands around. I have been really disturbed by it actually. If I'm going to pay a lot of money for my dogs' care, I want it to be better than them staying home with a dog sitter. I was told about We Dog Care by a great little rescue group (Cal State Dog Rescue) and I thought, "What the hell?" So, I brought my dogs the next day and Ruben was AMAZING!!! So kind and flexible and clearly a dog lover - the kind that I want looking after my dogs. What is different about this place other than Ruben who, again, is SUPER, is the staff and how they interact with the dogs and the dogs all seemed HAPPY! What a concept! Dogs enjoying doggie daycare. I mean, people say that their dogs enjoyed certain other daycares and so I went to visit those daycares. I left thinking, "These people have clearly never been back here to witness all of the dogs standing around and the staff paying no attention to the dogs," but hey, if it makes you feel better to think your dogs are having fun then great, I guess. We Dog Care is 100% fabulous. There is a lot of love in the building and my kids will enjoy staying there. I will enjoy going on a trip. Everyone wins!!! Had the opportunity to stop by We Dog Care (which opened up very recently) and was completely impressed by this facility. Absolutely stunning doggie daycare facility, the staff is SO nice and they clearly love what they do and on top of all of that their rates are very competitive with other doggie daycare spots in the South Bay. read more

We happened to run across an ad on Craigslist for WeDogCare's open house in February and are SO glad we found this place. The staff is amazing an genuinely cares about each and every dog. Their packages are at a significantly better price point than any other daycare I've seen in the area. The facility is our favorite part! They have so much space for the dogs and I love that they even have an outdoor section for them to enjoy. Our dog LOVES to come here and it's so great that we've finally found a place to bring him that I trust. read more

We could not be happier with Wedogcare! Ruben and his staff are passionate about their business and shows. The location is bright and clean and you can tell the staff cares. Our dog is recovering from being paralyzed from the waist down and we had such a hard time finding a boarding place willing to accept him. Wedogcare did just that and accomodated all the special requests we had come used to doing being the owners including setting up his cart (not easy if you never used one), Taking him out for breaks (cart doesn't allow for sitting), and even putting socks on his feet because they drag. To be able to care for our dog the way we do is simply amazing and we could not be happier. What is also great is that the staff makes it a point to each chime in on how the dog does with others, etc. Fantastic job wedogcare! We will definitely be back! read more

Our search is over! We have been looking for a daycare for our Keeshond puppy! We have pretty high standards and the last place we took him to was NOT a great place for our dog or any dog! It was in a sketchy area (extremely ghetto for miles), dirty, and pretty much had a very rude staff that did not pay attention to our questions, etc. Basically the worst of the worst. Anyways I found We Dog Care on Yelp and called immediately yesterday but there was no pick up. (Which we didn't mind because it was late afternoon and we were trying to at least get daycare later in the week.) I read both the negative and positive reviews and decided it was worth a try because everyone has different experiences and seeing how the average rating was 4.5 why not? I called again the next day and the lady at the counter was very kind and picked up fast. She answered all of my questions and was not rude at all. We went the same day for a evaluation for our puppy, 2 hours free. On our way there we will admit the area was a little off putting but it was not an ongoing bad area it was actually right around the corner of our dogs favorite dog park! The place is kept clean and I loved how it looked! The staff, we met about 3 people during drop off and pick up, very friendly! We felt comfortable there (as odd as it seems, that's rare, especially with a dog place). We don't normally trust many places very fast (especially with our dogs) but everything went so well and the staff remembered our dog (which in some reviews I read they didn't know who was who). I love that we don't have to schedule anything just pop in! (not sure if that applies to overnight boarding) Costs are reasonable (we're going to have to be regulars after such a great experience) - Half day Daycare $17 (5 hours) - Full day Daycare $29 - Overnights $42 By the end of the free evaluation our dog was so tired he blacked out with a smile during the car ride home. read more

My puppy is so happy here! This is my first experience with doggy daycare. It turns out the deaf boxer I rescued from the pound has some pretty serious separation anxiety, so I basically can't leave her alone for fear of panic-fueled injury. While we work through this, I needed to find a way to leave the house for luxurious expeditions like grocery shopping. Enter We Dog Care! She's a 50 lb dog and between her full and vigorous Tail Of Mass Destruction and her big clumsy exuberant puppy paws, she's kind of a lot to play with. Ruben and the team at We Dog Care do a great job of making sure she isn't trampling smaller dogs and is making the right dog friends that suit her play style. How do I know this? Because I can see it all unfold on their webcam! I also get to see that there is always a human in each play area monitoring the dogs and frequently handing out some love (which my needy dog is thrilled to push to the front of the line to get). It's clear that the staff here loves dogs and they take good care of my pooch while I enjoy some much-needed freedom. read more

Ruben and his crew took care of our overheating 8 month old English Bulldog for the Memorial Day Weekend. They are very knowledgeable and cared very well for him when he looked exhausted and breathed heavily and put him in a cooler room to rest by himself. Beautiful facility, super clean. Rates are very reasonable for all their work. Our puppy was so tired all night afterwards, he must have had a great time playing with everyone and making new friends.
