Pros - At the start it was great. good communication. As…read moretime went on it got worse and worse - Very respectful people (for the most part). - they did fix my door that they messed up as well as the ding i put in it Cons - Every time my car went to get fixed it came out with another problem. (its still broken Auto start stop needs to be serviced) - They will try to blame you for anything that happens to the car while in their possession (dings on doors, clutch not working correctly) - As per sales manager they have a lack of man power - As per a employee on the sales side service technicians will pull cars onto one of their lifts and pop some plastic covers off of the engine to make sure they get the work and no one else can take the work. i would assume this is the reason behind long wait times. - Will call you a liar if they do not agree with you (never apologized after they checked the cameras and saw it happened at their dealership) I don't usually write reviews, but after my recent experience with this service center, I feel it's important to share what happened. I brought my car in on September 10th for a recall on the clutch pressure plate. What should have been a simple recall turned into almost 90 days without my vehicle, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When I finally got the car back for the 1st time on October 9th, I immediately noticed a new issue: the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and only return after a delay. ( no issue with auto start stop at this point) This problem did not exist before the recall work--both my wife and I drove the car regularly, and we never had any issues with the clutch prior to dropping it off. Despite this, I was quoted nearly $1,100 for the repair (the final cost was just under $1,000). Being charged for a problem that showed up only after their work was extremely frustrating. There was also new damage on my door. I pointed it out and clearly explained that I already knew about the original ding and wasn't blaming them for that. Despite this, the service advisor insisted it was all the same damage. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did eventually fix the dent, but the way the situation was handled added to the overall frustration. To make things worse, I later found out that my car was actually ready on November 14th, yet no one contacted me. I only discovered it was finished on December 2nd, when I called them myself. When I brought up the delays and the clutch issue, I was told by both the service advisor and service manager that "there's nothing they can do" because I had agreed to pay. That agreement was made before the extended delays and before I knew the car would come back with a new problem (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced also not there before I dropped it off. when I 1st picked up the car it said that the battery needed to be charged after driving around for a little while the charging was done. Auto start stop is still not working correctly. The advisor also claimed the clutch issue was already present before I dropped it off, which simply isn't true based on my own experience -- and my wife's -- with the vehicle prior to the recall work. So after nearly three months without my car, I'm now out almost $1,000, and I received my vehicle back with a new issue (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced) it did not have before. This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had, and based on what I went through, I do not recommend this service center.

Nina was very quick with any questions we had and made choosing our car pretty easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and will definitely be working with her in the future.

Original appt was to check out an equinox and focus hatchback (price range of 4k to 7k). Got there and was shown an altima (17k). When asked about the original 2 cars I was told they went to auction and they had multiple things wrong with them. So I took a test drive, when I asked about the price the sales man wouldn't tell me to we got back to the dealership. And it was only after they crunched numbers did I find out the price which was like 4x what I wanted to spend. I told him it was high than what I planned to spend. He then went into breaking down what everything was costing including the warrantyon it. So I physically signed the paper. While on the test drive I noticed the tpms light was on, the check engine light and also there was no rear view mirror. I asked the salesman about these. He told me they were going to be fixed, he had already ordered the rear view mirror and the sensor had been replaced just not reset and i just needed to set up an appt to get these done. He had a paper that he physically wrote down the items they were going to fix. Ended up getting the car. Take it home and on the way was trying to set up an appt. Was transferred to the service dept where no one answered and the coven is full. Called multiple times with the same outcome. Got home and started reading over the paperwork. I noticed there were some changes. So then I'm calling to get in touch with the salesman. Again multiple calls to be put on hold and then after 5 mins the phone was hung up(multiple times). By the time I got someone I was very upset. I told him I need to speak to some one that could help me and to please not put me on hold because it kept hanging up. After telling him what I noticed, I was sent to the manager. He proceeded to tell me that I did have 100000 mile warranty on the car and that they were going to fix all of the issues listed previously. He then got the service manager on the phone who help get me an appt set up. With in the week between getting the car and the appt, I noticed the muffler hanging. At the check in for appt, I asked if they could also look at the muffler. When I picked it up, I was told they were still trying to find a mirror for the car (I personally bought one for 19.99 plus tax at auto zone), the tpms sensor was missing on one tire and that it was my responsibility for getting that fixed because the car was sold as is and the muffler was put on crooked and if I wanted they could set me up an appt at the muffler shop. Of course at my expense because it was sold as is. So even though the salesman lead me to believe these issues would be fixed in now being told that I have to do it at my expense. I wish I could get my money back and give this car back. I feel like this whole experience was a bait and switch, then being lead to believe one thing to only end up being lied to. If I could go back I would have walked away and never looked back...
